:worship::worship: it's been years since I've been callrd a "Kid" Hee, hee! But I bet you are in the mid 30 - 40 range and if so, you are a kid!

I'm a wooden coaster girl too! unfortunately, I can't do a lot of the ones I used to love so much....they rattle me around too much.

No matter, I still like my woodies. I hate being trap so you can't breath in the steels harness belt. Course the loops are great, going under water in tunnels or being shot out of a volcano are way up there on my list!

Why are there not more people on this little "Lime " Thread :confused3 Small and Informal is very nice.. but it's also nice to have LOTS ( 10-12) to talk with on a regular basis too.

How long have this "thread "been running ?? 3 Years.. ?
I'm a little nosy gal Ain't I ??:flower3:

Cool!:thumbsup2 My little cub will be SO jealous. Here he is almost 61/2 ( when did that happen?) and he still hasnt lost ANY! Everyday he comes home from school telling sad tales of his friends teeth fallng out and the 'tons' of money they get...poor thing. The dentist seems to think its ok so far (we do have a genetic trait in my family of adult teeth not coming in - but usually it's 3-5 teeth, not all of them! ) (If they dont start to faLll out in the next year or so they will do a 'panoramic' xray to check for them) Im sure it fine though... But, congrats again!:goodvibes

We are small and sweet - though awlays VERY glad to have newbies too! We go thru spurts of more and less talking. I am happy with slow (kind of my pace in general....except when it comes to watching my active kids...) But for those who like more 'action' many are active in other 'faster' threads too. (I'm all over the boards - this is just my HOME> w my Llimies.:cloud9:) But, I'm even too slow to take in different boards - barely even check my Facebook.....

We have many who've been here about 3 years - too many to name really - and a few newer too!:thumbsup2:)

Somehow that reminds me. You mentoined you'd had some 'issues' w/another board/thread and might share more soon - ready to share? (Im nosy too!:cutie:) Just wondering about your bad experience - hopefully, we can help heal you!:goodvibes:grouphug:

My mom and I just donated to the Global Raceforthecure (Susan G Komen one). We'll be in DC on June 6th to support the racers! I really would like to encourage you all to donate, but don't feel pressured. Here's the official website: http://globalrace.info-komen.org/site/PageServer?pagename=hq_gr_homepage

We are a pretty small group...we have some posters who stop by once in a while, but the page # limit sometimes makes us hard to find.

aww....:hug:to your cub! This happened so fast for Martina....she never even said anything about a loose tooth at all. apparently, it started "wiggling during circle time, got even looser at lunch, and she had it out during nap time. When i went to pick her up, she came running over "Mommy, my tooth fell out!" I must have looked shocked at first (she is MY daughter...I thought she fell and knocked out!!!)Her teacher said no, she lost it at naptime! She is cute...she is so proud of herself. She is waiting for the Tooth Fairy to come right now...I'm hoping she's finally fallen asleep.

Wow! That was fast! Neal would have been in 7th heaven!! What will the toothe fairy bring?!

Brian has no reason to be jealous of Carlos Santana. I think Brian's about 50 times better looking. Of course, there's something to be said for a man who can pay a guitar like that...:rolleyes1

Congrats to your baby girl.
When I was growing up, the tooth fairy had us put our lost teeth in a cup in the kitchen. That made life much easier for the fairy.

Tink used to put her teeth in the mailbox. She didn't want the fairy coming into the house!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Martia's not up yet, so I don't know for sure:rolleyes1 but ever since my Niece lost her first tooth, the tooth fairy has brought $5 for the first tooth, and every other lost tooth gets $1.
She said that a friend at school got SHOES fron the tooth fairy!!! I certainly hope she doesn't ecpect that. Chris helped with that...he said that he's been losing teeth for years, and has never gotten shoes, but that she could save her $$ and use it to buy shoes.

:lmao::lmao:I guess as long as the tooth fairy gets there before the mailman, you're ok!!!

Morning!

Another toothfairy story. A friend of mine forgot that his son had lost a tooth. Luckily he did remember right before he went to bed, but he didn;t have any singles, so he put a five under his son's pillow. Of course, it was dark in the room.

The next morning his incredibly excited son came into the kitchen yelling that the tooth fairy had left him $50!:scared1:

I hope his son didn't expect $50 for EVERY tooth after that!

ANd here, I am the "old lady" as most of these kids are in their 30's to mid 40s. One or 2 are close though. I think I had 4 years on someone, but since I can't remember who 'xactly, won't mention names!
You should hear the dinosaur stories she tells us... :rolleyes1
