Our Resale Timeline

We are finally through the resale process for our first DVC purchase.

I've seen a lot of questions lately on how long it takes, and thought I would share our timeline;

2/07/10 Agreed to Terms with Seller
2/10/10 Sent for ROFR
3/04/10 Passed ROFR
3/25/10 Closing Date
4/02/10 In the DVC System (with the correct points)

So I guess thats 50-55 days or so from start to finish.

We were very happy with Brenda from Magic Vacation Title as well as Jason from The Timeshare Store.

Where did you decide to buy and when is your first trip?? We own at AKV and our next trip will be 12/01-12/10.

We bought at AKV, and our first trip will be January 2011.
