That's way better! I am going to try really hard to get down there. It is DH's b-day weekend though. He doesn't care. How cheap of a flight can I get out of Hartford CT??? Would anyone consider sharing a room? That way we won't be alone in a room. Sorry I'm rambling, bu I'm so excited. DH has been keeping an eye on what I'm doing and I've brought up the possibility of going a few times already. We'll see. Count me in as a possibility.

Can you give me any info on why the All Star Movies is your favorite over the other all stars, or Pop Century? I'm going to stay for three nights at one of the value ones in October '07, and can't tell if there are differences between the group.

I prefer Pop Century because it's newer and has only one bus stop.
The All Stars all share the busses at one point or another. And I've
stayed in the "boonies" in the 90s section, but I found that I can cross
the parking lot to the bus stop fairly quickly, which also means a fairly
quick trip to the food court.

And well, since the dates have changed to October 5th, I am officially "out"
of the list. I'll just choose another day, regardless. Have fun those
who are going on October 5th!

Yay! i can go! i couldn't go for the last date you had mentioned because i can only go on a friday as it will be my senior year and i can't miss the bajillion AP classes i'm taking(ok maybe not a bajillion but 4 out of 7 classes is already quite frightening). this way i'll be able to head up to orlando w/ my beaux after school and get to meet you all as well as eat tons of candy and ride space mountain and puke up that candy... ok maybe i'll ride space mountain before eating all that candy!

I just found this thread and was getting excited b/c i will be there oct8-15th for my Disneymoon and planning on going to MNSSHP but I see you all will be meeting on the 5th. Have fun though!!!

I'm so sorry that everyone can't make it! It would be so wonderful if it was so much easier to match everyone scedules. Even if you can't make it to the DIS MNSSHP, I hope you do get to go check out MNSSHP! You will have a blast either way! We are hoping that with the Columbus Day holiday on October 8, we can eventually get many more DIS'ers to make a special trip for the event. Everyone loves to take advantages of those 3 days weekends! It seems like we have a pretty good list going and we're getting a good group together! I can't wait to see how many more DIS'ers we get to join in the upcoming months!

Since it's a Friday I can probably make it - YAY! I won't know for sure until it gets closer, but I'm adding myself to the list because I think it will work out perfect. I can stay in Orlando with one of my friends who lives over there (since I'll be at Disney in September for the scrapbooking convention - can't afford a hotel too many times!)

BTW - most people down here do not get Columbus Day off. When I lived in NJ I got the day off, it's a big deal up north, but not here in Florida. The only time I got it off in Florida was when I worked for a bank. We also don't get off for MLK or Veteran's Day

i might actually be going that weekend. my sister and i are trying to have a ladies only vacation with my mom and my sister and i over fall break this year. hopefully we'll be able to join you!

Hmmm i never knew that. I thought it was a whole country thing (having Columbus day off). Here in NH kids dont have MLK day off because its the week right before Feb vacation. Thanks for the info about the Columbus day holiday down south!

I'm really excited that this is really getting underway! Im sorry that not everyone is able to go and by moving it we hope to get as many people as possible! We know its really early to be planning a trip like this but we just wanted to get it out there so people who are making special trips can get those orginzed. I hope you all are as excited as Lindsey and I are about planning this!!!

This is really taking off! I am so glad to hear from so many more people who are coming! I also thought Friday would be the best day! There are no MNSSHP on the weekends, so Friday is the best we can get! Everyone needs a three day weekend every now and then!
