That's not good. That could explain why we have an Old Navy Package that has been available for pick up at the store since May 27 and hasn't been picked up yet.

That happened to me with my last order too! First, all 6 items came in 6 different shipments (weird) but then the last one was ready for about 10 days before it actually shipped.

Ugh - this sucks. Old Navy and Banana Republic are my go-to (same parent company, shared web platform). I just find their sizing so consistent, it's really easy to order from them. I hope they shrink operations as needed, but don't go under.

I ordered some masks and PJ's, they are shipping everything one item at a time (well the set of 5 masks together I guess?) But my estimated arrival date is August 4th. I'm glad none of it was urgent. I probably should have ordered some masks for kiddo as well, he has 8 already, I'm just not sure if he will need them for school and I'd like to have 2 per day plus an extra couple in case we go somewhere.

My online order got split into 3 shipments and have 1 outstanding since June 19th. I heard phone wait times were worse than Disney so I've emailed, tweeted and messaged on Facebook with no response. I decided to submit a reversal request through my credit card to get my money back

I have 4 orders from June 14 and 15 and I waited for 3 hours only to be told wait times are doubled and will take SIX WEEKS to get my items. It's absolutely ridiculous. They offered me 20%off. I want my money back. In 6 weeks it won't be summer anymore.

AND they charged my card on the day after the order was placed. What they're doing is creating a label so that we get an email stating that it shipped, so that they can charge us. Then they don't send the items for God knows how long, if at all, and are blaming UPS.

Clearly they have a cash flow problem, but who doesn't right now?! I'm not here to float ON and Gap.

So I made a couple of orders on Sunday. Got notification that the packages were ready for shipping, got the UPS number. It's supposed to arrive on the 29th, so I'll keep you posted.

I ordered last week, they are shipping each thing separately, they all have UPS numbers now and are waiting to be picked up. August 4th is the expected delivery date.

I ordered 4 items from Gap on June 30th, received one item (from Richmond, BC!) via UPS yesterday. Looks like each item will be coming separately. Based on the tracking info, it looks like my order is coming from different Gap stores across Canada.

I just received the last of my masks ordered months ago. They did eventually arrive. But not fun to pay for them immediately and not have the use of them for forever.

I had the same thing. Got my notice July 1 that it was prepared for shipping, but it didn't actually ship out until July 10th. Arrived yesterday. Granted, these were masks.

As far as regular orders, I have to say, we had great experience. We placed 4 orders in June. All items in each order shipped together and delivery time was normal. I had to call on one order and had no issue getting through. On a couple other orders we had to make some returns, so we easily did that online, scheduled UPS home pick up. The only thing I did notice was that it took quite awhile to get the refunds processed (about a month).
