LOVE LOVE LOVE these pictures! I'm really enjoying your trip report!

I've always wondered what Spectromagic looks like and now I'm REALLY excited about our upcoming November trip! Ditto on the picture of Cinderella looking "endowed"! I'm guessing she had batter packs down her dress! Geez, Disney really is a magical place isn't it? I'm just as excited as my 3 DD's to go!! Now if only November would hurry up and get here!

it's like that disney commercial where the mom automatically turns into a kid when she gets to disney world! that's why i love going. where else can you be 31 years old and wear mouse ears and meet life-size ducks and feel perfectly normal? i hope you have a blast on your trip!!! just a little tip about spectro - it's easier to get a decent seat in liberty square or frontierland. everyone swarms towards main street and forgets that the parade route goes through liberty and frontierland. if you wanna sit on main street, you have to get there an hour early. in liberty square or frontierland it's only like 30 minutes and you're good. ray and i just got lucky this year! the only problem with not sitting on main street for spectro is that usually wishes is an hour after spectro, so you have to hurry up and find a spot for wishes in front of the castle after spectro's over. hope you guys enjoy it! november will be here before you know it!

I was so excited for Cook, even though I really didn't have a fave yesterday after tonights show I'm SO excited he won!!!!! His brother was so cute!! And I can't imagine the up's and down's his whole family is feeling ....it's just a really neat story all around

nope. when we went last year i was a disney novice and didn't fit spectro into our schedule. duh! but then i saw it in september when i went with erin and tara and of course i loved it. i videoed it for him but it's just not the same as seeing it live!

LOVED the WISHES video, how cool. We've never stayed for it before and can't wait to this year, can't wait to see Tink fly, that was an awesome video. I think I heard you say "that was awesome!" at the end of the video.
LOVED the teacup video too, so funny to hear him laughing , I would have gotten so sick .

That's a too funny pic of Cinderella, and the Tea Cups video is hilarious. It reminds me of this one time I went to an amusment park with my sister and cousin. There was some kind of ride that you could spin the vehicle, while it was high up in the air. Kind of like a ferris wheel, except you could make the cups spin. (I think this may have been at Hershey park?) Anyway, my sister agreed to ride with my cousin and I, but only if we promised not to make the cup spin. Well, she should have known better because my cousin is the biggest prankster ever, and of course he did just that. To this day she still won't get on any rides with my cousin.

Dawn! I read this installment this morning but didn't have time to respond.

LOVED your Spectro pictures! So overall, was the flagpole location better for worse than the Liberty square planter location? I always wondered if you could hear me yelling at DS during your entire Spectro video from last September!

We have watched Wishes from that exact location in the rose garden. It's a good spot especially if you want a video of Tink's back side! (Good job, Ray!)

next came the entrees. i ordered the tuna oscar - seared tuna served over fried green tomatoes with tempura-fried lump crab, asparagus and hollandaise sauce.

OH MY GOD. this was SO GOOD. i cannot describe to you how much i loved this! the combination of flavors was just unbelievable. when i took a bit of the tuna, crab, asparagus and hollandaise sauce together, it just melted in my mouth. ray also loved this, as well!

ray ordered what he got last time, the beef teriyaki - sirlion strip grilled with pineapple teriyaki sauce, mashed yukon gold potatoes and stir-fried broccoli florets.

ray LOVED this. he said it was even better than when he got it last year. i tasted it too and it was very tasty.

overall, we LOVED dinner at kona......again! it was better this year than last year, if that's even possible. this has become one of our favorite places at disney and we will be returning when we go back in december!

Punkin - great pitures. I love Spectro. I cry every time I watch the video of it I have from our last trip. Nice shots of Tinkerbell too, I cried watching that video too, what a sap. I so want to try the Teacups but I'm afraid of the spinning, if you don't spin it does it spin anyway? Have fun in TN. Oh and I love your accent. I have a friend who lives in TN and when she was up here (she moved back home) I could listen to her talk all day.
