Our ME Experience

Just got back from a short trip to the World and have to say that our ME experience was indeed magical. We received our tags about three weeks before we left. Our plane arrived a few minutes early, and when we checked in with ME they said, "Oh, a bus is leaving right now!" We got to our resort before 10 am! And to top it off, our room was ready! Leaving was just as easy, even though SWA isn't a participating airline. We're going back in August and look forward to the trip again!

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. We leave on Sunday and I admit I'm a little nervous about using DME as we usually book a towncar for our transportation. Can I ask, did you have to call someone the day before for your return transportation or was there some other way you sign up for your return time to the airport? Thanks!

We also had no problems in Oct.

As for the return trip ZERASPRIDE If they have your flight info the day before you leave they will hang a time and info on your door that morning. It will have a phone # if you don't like that time to call .It's usually 3 hours before your trip,then 1 hr or 30 min recommended for waiting for bus to arrive at resort.

But it will all be in the letter you get that morning.

No problem I will be at SSR in 18 days . Yes we are looking forward as well treating DM & DsF to a 2 bdrm ( I'm still taking the Master bdrm) .

I've been giving help to people about ME then it hit me that I never reserved ours We have a van rented but I decided to reserve anyhow just incase we decide to put DW DD & DM on ME and then myself & DsF can take then van.

This way I can decide who does luggage ME or US .

Then my neice might be coming in later in the week so I could use it for her as well.I booked with MS from the web and will call ME to make changes for my neice.But none of it 's a big deal they are so easy and nice to accomadate you as fast as they can.

I think SWA announced they will be joining the ME group. Don't know when but worth checking into.

That's great to hear. ME gets such mixed reviews around here. I'll take all the positive news I can get - my trip is just around the corner.

My wife and I took a weekend excursion thanks to a SW Ding this last past Friday - Sunday. This was our fourth time using ME and we were at POR within 60 minutes (Gate to Hotel) We have always had good experiences with ME.
