I called technical support and was just told they're making "magical enhancements" to the system and there's no ETA for completion.

$Billion company...

Apple is Billion $$$ company too. they never make mistakes too.

That happened to us to. We thought it was weird and changed it. I don't remember if it was a Chicago address...we booked through orbitz too.
