We got up early to get ready to have breakfast in the Castle. We had an 8:00am PS.
We had decided to dress my son up as Prince Phillip. He looked so handsome as a Prince. (Ok, maybe I am bias)
We went on the monorail & there was no one else waiting so we asked the driver if we could sit in the front. We sat in the front all the way to the Magic Kingdom. It was cool seeing the Castle come into view!!
We were there a little early so we walked around a bit & looked at the Mickey statues. We were finally let in the park. It was SO neat walking down an almost empty Main Street! I got some wonderful pictures!!!
We got the the Castle & were seating very promptly. Since we were in Cinderella's Castle I was expecting to see Princesses, well, we were disappointed when the only Princess we saw during breakfast was Belle. The only other ones there was Alice & the Mad Hatter, Wendy & Mary Poppins. I started to get worried that even Cinderella was going to be a no show but found out she was going to be in the lobby.
We finished our breakfast, which by the way was A+
And head off to the lobby. Cinderella was not there yet so I was going to take a picture of my son standing by the Knight in the lobby, all of a sudden my battery went DEAD!!!!!
My wonderful husband ran all the way back up Main Street to the Expo Hall & all the way back to the Castle. (got to love him) By the time he got back Cinderella & the Fairy Godmother was already there so we got in line.
Cinderella & the Fairy Godmother really showered my son with attention since he was dressed as a little Prince.
We had already missed the rope drop to Fantasyland so we just went right to Dumbo. We were able to walk right on Dumbo with NO WAIT!!! After DS & I rode Dumbo, DS wanted to ride with Daddy so they went on it also. Again, no wait!
After Dumbo we ran over to the Pooh ride, walked right on.
After the Pooh ride DH ran up to get some FPs for BTMMR while DS & I went on the Tea Cups & Snow White ride. Both rides had a 0 minute wait!
We got off the Snow White ride & met back up with DH. We walk right into Mickey's Philaharmagic. (Loved the show Btw)!!!! By the time we got out it was now 10am, so we went to Ariel's Grotto. We got to meet Ariel with a very little wait time. My only complainet was Ariel seemed to be kind of in a foul mood. Hopefully she got better as the day went on.
After seeing Ariel, we headed off to Small World & Peter Pan. We were able to walk onto both of those, well, Peter Pan I guess did have a 5 minute wait so we had to wait a little bit.
After that we left Fantasyland & headed to our family's favorite ride, THE HAUNTED MANISON!!!!!!
I am happy to report there was no wait on the Haunted Manison either! So we all piled in a Doom Buggy & went in.
After touring the Haunted Manison we headed over to BTMMR, there was a 20 minute wait but with the good old FPs, we only had to wait less then 5 minutes before we were on the ride.
We decided to forgo Splash Mountain at this time & we headed to Adventureland. We rode Pirates, Jungle Cruise & the Magic Carpets. It was about 12:30 when we got off the Magic Carpet ride. We were going to start heading back to the resort for a nap (going to the party tonight) but we spotted the Genie posing for pictues so we stopped there since we never met him before.
We took our time heading down Main Street, we stopped & met a few characters, then hopped on the Monorail back to the Poly.
We all needed a nap/rest for the Party that evening
