Dani if it makes you feel any better, I have been dreaming of the Poly again too for November. Dropping CL it is quite reasonable there. Although adding CL would make it even more magical.

On another note: Anyone have Flying Fish advice? Looking at changing an ADR.

I am coming to the realization that I may now be incapable of actually chosing a resort. No longer suffering from resort changeritis, but resort paralysis!!!

How about you guys just pick for me!

I just don't know what I want anymore. DH wants BWI, DD6 wants AKL, and DD9 just wants to go back to the WL. Will we ever find a good resolution???

Add me to the waffle list. First, I don't want to stay at Pop. I want queen beds and more space since we have the stroller in the room. Danimal is set on Pop. I just hate the thought of being jammed in that tiny room with the two kids for 5 nights.

Second, I feel like a big baby. If I can't stay at the Poly I don't want to stay anywhere. Yes, I know how ridiculous that sounds. I just can't find appeal in another deluxe. I mean, looking at the castle from the pool IS pretty spectacular and hard to beat. I also really want to be on the monorail. Right now I have absolutely no idea what we're doing.

If all of the stupid Poly construction wasn't going on, this would be a no brainer choice as the Poly is what we ALL wanted.

I've sworn no more changes until our trip in October. The poor CMs who see my reservation must be mystified by its history.

Poly CL -> GF CL -> Poly CL -> WL CL -> CR Atrium CL -> CR Tower CL

Crossing my fingers I have the fortitude to keep my promise. Also agree that if it weren't for the Poly construction this would be easy. Love the Poly, but just can't risk it.

Add me to the list of possible changes.....if we keep Feb, DH started questioning BLT. We were on the monorail last week and he was looking at the sky bridge and realized that we need to cross over to CR whenever we want to get on the monorail or grab something to eat. I think I spoiled him with staying in the tower twice and having everything so close. Assuming a 35% AP disc on both rooms (which I know is wishful thinking) the difference is only $66 more a night for a 1BR at BLT, both TPV. I need to convince myself and DH that the extra space, extra bathroom, kitchen, etc is totally worth losing the convince of being in the tower since the cost isn't significant. If I were saving over a $100/nt I think the decision would be easier. Maybe when we are up there in a few weeks we will head over to CR and BLT and walk the sky bridge and see what DH and the kids think.

Candace Yup. Totally know what you're saying there. And really, it is my favorite pool ever. Sitting in the jets at the bottom of the slide so I can watch Danimal go up and down for hours is just top notch.

Melissa This is OT but sky bridges always remind me of when I was a kid and my parents took me to Atlantic City with them. We had to cross a couple of sky bridges and I thought they were SO cool. Clearly I wasn't very well traveled in my younger years.

I could even deal with DVC construction (I think). It's just the uncertainty about the pool and GCH. I think it sucks that they did all the work to refurb the rooms and now no one wants to stay there...

Off I go to torture myself with laundry and preparing dinner and downing vitamin C. Making a Filipino noodle dish for din-dins, which I LOOOOOVE, but it's a heckuva ton of prep with veggies and whatnot. Guess I am in need of some comfort food. What am I thinking, eh?

Disney just makes it too hard with all the great resorts. Bob said stay with BW a part of me wants WL and then seeing wookie's pics I started wanting AKL again.

You see what won at least for now I talked Bob into switching by pushing the fact he has never stayed at AKL and would love it. I stayed there with a friend and Kidani wasn't built yet so it will be a little bit new for me too!

Yeah, DH is still pretty firmly against the split stay.

I don't know why this is so difficult, honestly. They are all great choices and I know I will be happy no matter what. I wish I wasn't so wishy-washy though.

I was looking at a picture of the GF this morning, and DD9 came over and said "That's NOT where we are staying next, is it?" Geez, you'd think a little girl would be happy to stay at the Grand....not my little girls though. Although, they also preferred Pirates League to BBB, so you know, there you go...

jenny I thought about re-booking the Poly but I hate those construction walls too awful much. I best go see if anything is happening at AKL in Nov.

Well, I am not allowed to make any more changes. Where is the pouty faced smilie when you need one! Trust me if we didn't have to get 2 rooms at AKL we would be there in a flash! I would consider renting points for DH, the two resorts he really wants we don;t fit in. WL too.

Hi everyone! Hoping you had a great weekend! Christine and I have been chatting up a storm all weekend, already trying for our first/ but hopefully last RC.... You all know how much we love Deluxe resorts! Well, we are trying to move to WL from our current POFQ booking. I'm a little nervous about pop Warner kids invading POFQ the week we will be there, it's one of their resorts this yr, so we decided WL would be lovely this time of year we have a TA working on finding us a room at a discounted special, fingers crossed it works out!! I've never been to WL except to eat at whispering canyon, it's beautiful and even more so at Christmas from the pics I've seen! I think WL will offer us a much better experience than POFQ, I'll anxiously be awaiting the TA's response!

Marie, I love both resorts! We stayed at FQ for 10 nights last January and enjoyed our stay. I happily go back and forth in stays between POFQ or Por, and Deluxe stays. I've never heard of Pop Warner going to FQ!! I thought they usually stayed at a value or CBR! Yikes!

Last year it was All Starts and CSR...but I heard the moderate this year was POR

Got an email that if you book a Hilton stay through the new Hilton HHonors app that you get 1000 points per stay through the end of the year (no max). Looks like there's a plus to the 1-2 times a month stays for my MIL's chemo treatments. Family trip to Hawaii may be in our future! Just have to kick these cancer cells' you know whats!

Jeanette no CL just I really started wanting to stay someplace other than BW again the more I thought about it and I really wanted to go back to AKL. Last time I stayed standard and it really did not bother me as I spent my time outside photographing the animals which will suit me just fine if Bob poopers out on me.

CL not a good thing for me anyway too many foods I should not be eating anyhow with my diabetes and I love Bomas and The Mara and get to try Sanaa and Jiko finally plus save close to $1000.

As for F&W we will still head over there but just for 2 days now I think.
