So the deed is done! Switched again ! We are now at the Grand Floridian! I am so excited!! Now I have to learn all I can about that resort!!!! Sooooo excited!! only took 5 changes to get me there

This is me! I keep glancing at other options but just can't fathom the risk! I already lost a great F! ADR and am stuck with an earlier one... what would happen if that happened with my resort!

Personal front, LO is pulling up so my life just got taller! Now I've been babyproofing up... so much harder with a 6 year old in the house!!!

I think I rebooked and soon cancelled a WAY TOO EARLY ADR for F! as well. Then I was looking at reviews and prices NO WAY JOSE...yum ice cream, sorry....since there are two F! showings in August we will play it be ear

I was of course pricing out a split today...NAH only GF is available. I was thinking WL/YC split actually Hopeless I tell ya

So is it WL/Poly??? The availability on WDW website is non-existent for all the deluxes except GF and AKL CRAZY I really shouldn't even look....DH does NOT want a SPLIT

Since we will be celebrating DD 7th birthday, MK should be our main place but sone down time in the room may be taken if we extend our stay.

Oh boy, I would say stay with CR...but extra days are extra days to explore, right???

I'm totally holding onto WL CL! I have considered splits and even booked one or two. But DH wants to stay put in the same place. WL is pretty much booked my dates even rack rate so I need to leave it

Oh my goodness!!! Look at all those tickers counting so low! That means it's almost time to live vicariously!

I mean it, ladies! I need photos! I need TRs! I need it all!!! Summer heat is wearing me down already so I need to escape into some magic!

Decisions... this is what we ponder all the time!!

First stay, I'd probably go the 2 extra days and PH and go with POR Riverside or POR FQ. We've stayed at Riverside twice and DD really liked it. Beautiful grounds, 2 pools since POR resorts are sister resorts, bus service was good. The buses do share but we did not feel it was negative in any way. Plus the boat to DTD and Piano Bob at Riverside (great family friendly show) - super! With a first time trip, there is a lot to see and do.

That being said, you can't beat a monorail resort for location especially when MK is the focus. Welcome to our RC enabling world!!

LOVE, love, love POR! It's such a relaxing resort. And for what it's worth, I thought the buses were fine, too. Lots of pluses for that resort!!!

So POR has GV rooms available now for the first part of our split...do we stick with CSR the first 5 nights? Or go with POR (and request an AB room)? Any thoughts on Pepper Market vs. Riverside Mill?

I'm partial to POR! I love Riverside Mill too. Especially the make your own Pasta or Salad bar. And in the morning it's a make your own omelette

So POR has GV rooms available now for the first part of our split...do we stick with CSR the first 5 nights? Or go with POR (and request an AB room)? Any thoughts on Pepper Market vs. Riverside Mill?

The POR/POFQ resort area is really quite beautiful...especially in the morning! We would totally return in a heartbeat.

I'm partial to POR! I love Riverside Mill too. Especially the make your own Pasta or Salad bar. And in the morning it's a make your own omelette

Both are so nice... with great pools. Never stayed at CSR, but have eaten at the Pepper Market a few times, although its been a few years. It's was good as was the Riverside FC. Will you use the FC much? Pool? location of POR (for DTD?). It's a touch choice.

FWIW, we loved the AB room we had last year (we were in the preferred bldg).

Poly has availability for all but Standard. And I wouldn't do CL with the Sunset Pointe issues now...HAHA NO soup for me! It really is a super great deal, I am getting WL CL for the same price as GF GV with that amazing discount..kinda a no brainer. But I still looked at CR CL and what else...ummm YC BWI and AKL
