Boy is club level ever addicting! I'm 31 days out from my trip and sweating that I don't have CL my first time ever!!! And MOD at that, lol!
It's a short trip so hopefully it'll all be good and I'll find the mod charm

Jeanette Saga of Bob Update So we are out shopping picking up last minute items and Bob tells me he has to take his Mom out tomorrow to the store for stuff she needs while we are gone and I remind him we have to drop Bella off at Best Friends and this look of confusion comes over his face and he says "when are we leaving?" I say our flight is Sunday @ 6:30am ......at which he says I thought we were leaving on Monday?

I know we discussed this as we talked about having to turn the clocks back the night before our flight

Mousemommy, pas, sjs, thanks for the good wishes! I realized after I posted it was a little whiny... Just so tired of it! So, I immerse myself in the magical rooms that await in Florida and all the awesome stories of everyone who goes!

pas130 Thinking of you! I have a friend going through this same thing right now and I know there is nothing better than a strong momma, but PLEASE feel free to open up to people when necessary. It's a lot to carry and sometimes you just need to let some steam.

However, I don't feel so strong Thank you for the sweet words. Strong momma around the kids and hot mess in general is how I feel these days

The plan is to book a longer 2015 cruise onboard our 2014 cruise....then April 2016 will finally be POLY CL!! Then 2017 a cruise....then JULY 2018 for my 40th birthday and STARWARS LAND!!! Probably BWI...

GF is always in my sights, and I truly love it there. But WL is so peaceful and DH adores it. CL is perfect for HRH and DS5 to decompress and relax, whereas SL and RPC aren't as quiet. As much as my girls love the lobby HRH gets antsy when there the orchestra is "too loud" or the lounge is too crowded WL and AKL are the only places with nooks to chillax. I am afraid Poly DVC will do to the resort what VGF did to GF for me. But we shall see!!! We have plenty of time to change, and I'll be there soon enough to check things out! BWI is definitely on the radar as well...decisions decisions

Yea...even with a 40% discount...RPC is like paying rack rate for a few other CL rooms,but IMO well worth it. Sarah used to say they put out special dinner snacks for the kiddos like chicken nuggets..and DH LOVED the fried raviolis at SL Ahhhhh scones and trifle DO NOT CHANGE CANDACE

Sheila safe travels!

Jeanette we love WL too. There are so many hidden nooks around that resort to explore! I even find the boat horns in the distance relaxing!
We had WL in our sights for January trip, but rates have skyrocketed there since the room refurb. Since we go twice a year, Jan/Aug, our January trips are more budgeted, not as much time to save from Late August-Sept to January
Even with a discount woods view was well over $200 for January, ugh.
So we booked POFQ. Good thing we love both POR resorts.

We have Poly in our sights for August. But I think the DVC will ruin Poly, so that may be our last Poly stay. At least the GF DVC was built past the GF, so really has little impact on the GF grounds, while at Poly they are turning 2 longhouses into DVC, building docks, and putting up those bungalows on the water and wrecking once nice views from the beach. Bleck. The DVC there will have a huge impact on our beloved Poly. Ugh. I wish they would have put the DVC by Luau Cove where it wouldn't wreck the Poly grounds!!
Just my opinion(rant) lol!

Marie don't worry about POR resorts! IMO they have the prettiest grounds on property. Be sure you take some time to stroll around and enjoy the resort!! Can't wait to hear about your trip!

Dani and Pas, big you are both strong, wonderful moms. And we are definitely getting together soon for some adult time

Miss, I believe you said it best, everyone on our Dis home is so supportive and simply the best! I appreciate having you all in my life.

Sam has been very busy with band with competitions every weekend. Yesterday was a local competition and they placed first in their division (out of 5 bands) and won on the overall points as well. a very good day! The kids performed well and have been improving every week. So wonderful to see their progress.

And I thought I was a planner... so glad to see someone else looking toward '16!!! I have our trip next year, trip with MY family in '15, and trip with DH's family in '16. The '15 trip is non-Disney resort (Hilton on property) but since my wonderful dad is paying, I can't complain!!! BUT, the '16 trip is up to me too coordinate... and I have one room of non-Mouse people, so it's going to be grrrrrreat.

As for the trip next year, I keep glancing across the lake and eying the Poly. Construction or no, it would make a stroller easy. Hmmmmm.....

I hope everyone is doing well this weekend! I've been hanging out with my mother talking about wedding stuff and looking at dresses for my sister. I was so surprised that she handled trying on dresses so well. She has aspergers so I know she has a hard time dealing with social outings n' all that so I was really happy and proud of her. She even liked a couple of dresses! It was pretty successful! I ended up finding a style of dress that I never would have thought to have her try on if it weren't for her. She was a little upset that we didn't really like the one she liked the best, but I'm sure I will find perfect bridesmaid dress for her.
