I am so behind been busy packing and doing last minute stuff made a few last minute ADR changes before the new CC guarantee start and Guess What???

I could finally make FP+ as of yesterday but still no FP for BOG lunch which makes me so

Soon my first RPC stay, 8 days!

Ok, as it sits we are 8/16 - 8/21 - AOA
8/21 - 8/24 Cruise
8/24 - 8/27 AKL CL

but I am thinking we could do
8/16 - 8/21 GF SL
8/21 - 8/24 Cruise (and just go home from there)

Yes it would reduce from 11 nights to 8 nights, but we get GF and only have 4 days in parks so can get the military tickets real cheap???

The 2nd option is so much more simplified, but shorter (and CHEAPER)...

WWYD? I don't know if 4 days in the parks is enough! But, then again, as long as we ride the Mine Train, that's all we are there for....

We're baaaaaaaa-aaaaaack. Another epic journey yesterday thanks to lovely weather in Chicago. (Thanks, Chicago! ) Got in at 1am after a detour to refuel the plane. Flight attendant came on when we landed at our pit-stop, "I know y'all don't wanna hear this but... Welcome to Detroit."

I've been reading along when I could stop in. And, I've been seeing CH-CH-CHANGES Galore! You guys never disappoint. Will post after I get back from my torture session. Had to get Miss M up and dressed for Halloween at school today (no parade again this year, but this time due to rain instead of people blowing their cars up due to parking on dry leaves ). She wanted to go as Dorothy. I'll try to post a pic of it later.

At some point, our trip will be perfect....it may be now....we'll see...

I dropped the last 3 nights of the trip.

So now it's 8 nights total....5 at GF SL and 3 on the Dream!!!

It feels perfect....

And we all get everything we want...the only drawback is the less time at WDW, but I think we'll live. It's not like we won't be back.

Candace I've read a few say the cruise after WDW is the perfect way to do it. GF SL before Sounds like the way to go

Welcome back Miss! LOVE all the pictures!! Especially MIss M's storybook meeting with the White Rabbit - its priceless! And the one of Miss M's pix of her practicing her aim.

Seriously behind but wanted to pop in to wish everyone a safe and Happy Halloween!!!

The band practices until 9pm so the parents throw the kids a "Trunk or Treat" halloween.... when they are finished practice they get to trick or trick in the parking lot where us parents have our car trunks open for business of handing out candy. One of the parents dreamed this uip last year and its huge success. The kids can hang out about 1/2 hour and socialize. It's fitting since they all spend so much time together.

I've been out of commission most of this week (I have a hip condition that likes to resurface and I believe it has), so it's been a great distraction to read everyone's stuff. Congrats to the Red Sox fans -- I'm a die hard Orioles fan which also means I'm a "Anyone but the Yankees" fan. My dad is a Cards fan, so I know he was bumming, but what can you do?

Welcome home I just dropped my Dad off at the airport...it's windy, rainy, and warm out...hoping the storm waits until he is well away from the area and back to SC! It was great to have him here. My DS5 has just this week been diagnosed with OCD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. (Similar to HRH) My father has been invaluable to have here (along with texts from Kook, my sis Dani, and least but never least Melissa) Sorry for the OT mention...I am so happy to see those beautiful pics, and I will totally help you pass the time waiting for January COME ON DECEMBER!!!

I've been at the Poly since Sunday and boy oh boy am I in heaven. Even with the construction it's still beautiful. You can't beat the smell of that lobby.

I can't believe in just 2 days I will be in WDW. Bob told me he googled AKL and was looking at pictures, so I asked him if he was excited and he said No
