4 weeks from today we will be on our way to Disney! I will be busy spending time with the kiddos, picking up rental car and doing last minute packing. Then we will try and be on the road by 7:30pm for our drive and overnight stay in GA!

All caught up! Lots of planning happening, that's so exciting!

20 days from now, we'll hopefully be set up in our room, ready to get a good night of sleep before our first MK day!

So close!!! How's the moving going??

Yay, 4 weeks! I finally bought our passes, so once the hotel is paid for (and by that I mean charged to my line of credit so I can start making payments in Canadian dollars) then I will just be waiting... and waiting... lol!

All those steps make the trip that much closer!!! So exciting!

Hi Gang! Well, over the weekend I received notice that our Magic Bands are on the way!!!!! I just checked the tracking and they arrived at my Post Office this morning, not sure if they arrived in time to be included on the mail run today though. If not today, then tomorrow for sure!! So excited!!!

That is the last Disney step before the trip. The next steps include getting everything else ready. I'm not quite ready to start the actual packing of clothes, but thought I could start getting the toiletry bag together. Anything I can get done know would be helpful so I'm not running around right before we leave. :)

I will be back soon with my latest Planning Update. I want to make sure I share all those updates before I leave in 27 days!!!

By the way, look at that beautiful Countdown Ticker....no more months included in the ticker!! YAY!

I've been putting clothes and toiletries, etc aside for months. Not actually officially packing, just doing some prep work to make the packing go smoother when the time comes. :goodvibes

IT'S SO PRETTY!!!

Honestly, I was surprised to see they were already in town. For some reason I thought they were being sent out today. Keeping my fingers crossed they come today, that will definitely brighten up a Monday!

I have set aside the clothes in the closet that I want us to take, but I want to do more and I think Keith would think I'm crazy if I break out the suitcase at this point. I'm off every other Friday and I just realized I am off the Friday before we leave (not sure how this worked out or how I didn't notice before), so that day will be devoted to cleaning the house, making sure laundry is all done and packing!

IT'S SO PRETTY!!!

I have a feeling my official freak out point will be when we are 21 days out!! With all the kids' plans with Halloween and school activities the next few weeks it will be nuts!

Quick non-park update: I was able to get a better rate on my rental car, I saved us $20! The rental cost for a week's rental is $182 :) I know it's not a huge savings, but every little bit helps! We are renting an Intermediate Size car since it's just the 2 of us...so not bad for a week's rental

11/17/15 Afternoon/Evening – Epcot

I’m pretty excited for this part of the trip…I love Epcot (Keith is not such a big fan, but oh well). I do agree they could add some more attractions but there is just something about Epcot that I just love!!

Here are our FP’s and ADR plans:

3:10-4:10pm: Spaceship Earth

4:10-5:10pm: Nemo (I seriously doubt we will use this, but I had to pick something)

5:00pm Dinner ADR: San Angel Inn

7:20-8:20pm: Test Track

I’m not quite sure what time we will be arriving because it all depends on how our morning goes at AK, and if we decide to go back to CSR for a break. I would like to arrive by 3:30

So, here is my tentative plan of attack:

· 3:30: Spaceship Earth (FP: 3:10-4:10pm)

· Living with the Land

· Nemo (FP: 4:10-5:10) – if there is time, but I want to give ourselves plenty of time to walk over to Mexico to make our ADR. TP has us getting out of Living with the Land about 4:30, so we may have to bypass Nemo.

· 5:00pm ADR: San Angel Inn (I have always wanted to eat here, just for the ambiance alone)

· Gran Fiesta Tour (Donald Duck!!)

· 6:45 Showing of American Adventure (I have not seen this since I was very little, I think Keith will like it because he loves history)

· Test Track (FP: 7:20-8:20pm)

· Then we will find a spot for Illuminations…I will try to see if there are any FP’s left after we ride Test Track but I’m sure at that late hour they will be gone (but doesn’t hurt to check).

· We will then head out with the masses after Illuminations!

There you have it the 2nd half of 11/17/15! I will definitely be curious to compare how our plans actually play out each day and compare them to what I initially had planned.

We're all moved in at this point, so it went pretty great! We had no internet for pretty much the whole of the first week, so no distractions from cleaning and unpacking, which probably helped a lot :P

Great plans, everything is coming together so nicely!

And yaaay for MagicBands arriving! Those luggage tags are soooo adorable! We'll be lucky enough to practically get the whole set, since we've got our two nights stay at All-Star Music for four (the two of us plus the two boys), and then our room at the Sports for the rest of the week, so we made sure to pick colors that would allow us to maximize how many different tags we get :)

I don't think we could function without internet for that long! Not to mention since I would from home I would be in a lot of trouble with my boss since I wouldn't be able to work either! :(

I think so too, my plan is to have all park updates posted before the trip so I'm trying to space them out but not run out of time either.

I love that we ended up with the ones we did....Donal is perfect for Keith (he is grouchy like him) and I'm sweet like Minnie (no really I am)! :)

Because it IS real! You're going to DISNEY WORLD, girl!!! :woohoo:

I know!! Keith and I started talking about this April of last year so to have it this close is crazy!

What the heck? Somehow, I must have missed a notification, because I am on page 20, and I see you have 24 pages. :-/ Going to read and catch up now!

Ok! All caught up now, I missed a lot! Hope you enjoy BOG for dinner. Sorry you had to cut Tusker House.

Love your shirts!

I got my magic bands today, too!

:jumping1:

So exciting!

Yay for MB arrival!! And you are getting so close! Love reading about all your plans....they sound fantastic!!

Festival of the Lion King

I'm actually not usually a huge fan of the shows - but this one I really liked. There is some real talent there and so much to look at, plus I thought the theatre where they show this is pretty cool too. I think you guys will like it.

Gran Fiesta Tour

This was a regret that we didn't get to do at Epcot on our trip...sigh...I love Donald!

Glad you are all caught up! Our trips are getting so close!!!!! I hated cutting Tusker House and sometimes I wish I had just kept it and paid for on TS out of pocket, but we are trying to avoid extra costs like that since we have the Dining Plan. Oh well!

I think Keith will agree to go see it with me, at least I hope so. If not I will send him off to Kali River Rapids to get soaked while I watch the show. :)

I think the Gran Fiesta Ride is adorable, and I love me some Donald! :)
