I like 1900 PF too. The service for us is usually not the greatest, but it is a lot of fun and good food.

It's beautiful. I am thinking I will stay for 2 nights one trip and just do all the stuff that the resort has to offer for those 2 days

trying to get caught up... I seriously need more DIS time

looks like you guys had a fun filled packed day at DHS and I am looking forward to seeing the B&B shgow w/ the kids for the first time, I really think they will love it too

great fun that Demitri was tall enough and enjoyed his first RnR C ride...

Natalie too cute about your no handle for ToT...love that ride, I try not to hold on feels so cool lifting up in the chair glad you braved it.

glad the rain didn't spoil too many plans and I love the pictures w/ the characters too fun!

Wow TSM twice in a row, so much fun

Love the OMD pics, we checked it out this year for the first time and love all the models of the other Disney parks, the Shanghai one looks amazing!

Yuk to to the horrible CM behind the counter, I mean why do you have to be so rude and snotty, there's just no need

Yay for Dem being tall enough for RnR, he looks like the cat that finally got the cream in that pic

Natalie I would have been the same on the aisle seat of ToT. It's funny how its a whole other ride if you don't hold on. I think that's why DH doesn't like it, his first ride he didn't know the side handles were there and was holding on in front of him. Bless him he did not have a good time

Agreed! Anytime I ever get to stay at a deluxe, I will be spending that time at the resort. I will switch to a value when I am ready to spend all day in the parks

I'm all caught up again - what a great day at HS TSM twice in a row, I wouldn't have been able to stand up for laughing by the end of the 2nd time! Yay for Demetri being tall enough for RnR

Beaty & the Beast is a wonderful show, glad you were finally able to see it Nathalie.

Too bad for the rain but good job at being flexible and taking the time to explore GF, it looks beautiful

I am planning on doing that for one trip with 2 days at GF and spending it at the resort since it has a lot to offer

Day 5 – Tuesday September 27


Park – MK for MNSSHP


Reservations – Cinderella’s Royal Table


I didn’t wake up this morning till 8:30 (believe it or not that is sleeping in for me). We headed over to Pop for the usual breakfast. The plan for today was swimming, laundry and MNSSHP. At breakfast Eryka asked if we could go swimming at the computer pool since we hadn’t swam there yet. Tracy and I didn’t have a problem with that so we went back to the room and got dressed for swimming and collected our laundry.


We stopped on the way for a picture with Goofy.

Along the way we saw this guy power washing the outside of the building (very cool that they do that)

Then we arrived at the pool and got a table to set up at. Tracy and I had laundry to do so she went first while I watched the kids then I went while she watched the kids. Now let me tell you this was a very busy laundry day and there was even some suspicious behaviour in the laundry room. One lady was taking peoples clothes out of the dryer and putting her own in (while the other persons clothes were still wet and still had time on the dryer). I just wanted to get my laundry done and get out of there.


At the time we chatted to another family about the laundry drama and joked we should submit the idea for a new reality show – Laundry Wars! Seriously, this woman was trying to use like four or so dryers all at once.... imagine coming back for your laundry and it’s in a wet pile outside of the dryer that you paid for!


While I was waiting for my clothes to dry I walked around and took pictures of the area. Me too!

After we finally finished the laundry we headed back to the room and put the laundry away. Me and the girls went to grab a snack and then went back to the room and had a rest for a bit before the party.


Us too. We strolled back to our room and grabbed a few pics of the construction at the Art of Animation resort across the lake.

This day we were also meant to watch out for Tanz... it was the last day of her trip and she’d be back at the Pop for a really short period of time before heading out for her Magical Express home. Unfortunately our paths didn’t cross after all but we touched base to wish each other well and talk about our upcoming TRs .... I soooo have to catch up on yours Tanz!


At 3:30 we were dressed and ready to head to the party.

I ordered the first three books for my 9 year old after you had mentioned them a few times in this report. She read the back and decided she wouldn't like them, so now I am reading them. I just started book 3.

Do you feel like wine, or just drink alot of it???

Wow at the laundry drama...love the idea of a reality show called Laundry Wars!!!

I'm still so gutted that we never got to meet up...I wish I had thought ahead and texted whilst I was on my way back to Pop rather then when I had arrived at the Hippy Dippy pool. I did have a glance in Everything Pop as well before realising you were at the computer pool. It was still nice to talk about our trips and upcoming TRs. I can't believe you are at my last day already! I still have a few more days to do before I get there...will probably take my time as don't want my TR to end!

Love the MNSSHP costumes and am looking forward to reading about CRT!

It took several trips in before I would plan more resort/pool time into our schedule and give up that park time. Now I love it and look forward to that relaxing down time.
