Our FIRST Value... which should we choose??

My DH and I (no kids!!!) are going to be staying in a Value next year. We've NEVER stayed in a Value before (we've only stayed at the Swan). Which hotel is best for an adults only trip??

I have been to Pop twice. Once as a solo traveler, and once as part of a ladies trip (had my own room). I initially selected Pop since it did not share busses. I also figured that the theming of the All stars would have more appeal to kids. I was happy with that choice hotel. Both times I had a room by the bowling pin pool. I really enjoyed that location.

I have not stayed at any of the All Stars, but will be staying at Music in August when I travel with my nephew. If your budget allows, it may be nice to have a suite at Music, even if it is only the 2 of you. I have a suite reserved even though it is just the 2 of us since I need a fridge for my nephews needs and I love to have a coffee pot. The suite will give us a bit of privacy as well.

I really like the ASMU, myself and dh stood here in dec 2005 and much to my surprise we liked it. We had a king bed which we requested and we paid for a preferred rm which I think help us out cause we were close to the food court and bus stop. We would stay again if we were to choose a value.

I have stayed at All star movies once and Pop many times. See my sig. I liked them both, but really prefer Pop. Pop has great theming, all the buildings are a short distance to the main building and buses, food court has a great variety, a nice gift shop, 3 pools, short bus trips to parks (longest is maybe 20 mins to MK), and unlike the all stars, Pop has their own bus.

I'll be staying at Pop again next May. Oh, and like you it's just me and my DW, no kids..

Pop is the newest, has a great layout for shopping/food court - and there's the lake (well, half of it anyway....) to walk along

plus you don't "share" busses with another resort!
