Well, we got a whopping 4-5 inches of snow last night (at least that's what is on my deck). It is crushed down to about 1 inch of "crust" on the side streets. Regular roads are perfectly fine. But, they closed school for the day. That's okay with me I guess.
We are having Belgian Waffles with strawberries and whipped cream for breakfast! Then I'm going to try out a new shortbread cooking this afternoon. I guess I'll gain 10 lbs today.
I was supposed to go to work today and attend our Annual Bowling Party. But, I'm out of that!! Tried to get the kids interested in driving up there and going to the bowling alley but they aren't interested in "bowling with a bunch of old people" as my 10-year-old so eloquently put it. I think I severely ration his X-Box today for that remark!
