Our First Official Trip Around the World!! ALL FINISHED! (pics)

When last we left our fearless vacationers...we had had an invader during the night....

***STITCH!!!!!

He had broken into our room and rolled it!! Toilet paper was everywhere…draped over the star shaped lights, over the pictures, around the door handles, over the beds….plus he called again to wake up Katelyn and Nicholas….No sleeping!!! The kids were very impressed with Stitch’s naughtiness. It was quite funny.

Today we were heading back to MK to get to Fantasyland and Toontown for the first time this trip and to redo a couple of favorites…ie, Buzz Lightyear a few more times. I’ll use “the older kids” to describe my 3 brothers and my mom today and the rest of us will be “my family”. Since Nathan was only here for two days he wanted to get in at least one ride on all the biggies so they planned on staying here only half the day then were going to MGM until time for Wishes and Spectromagic. If you remember from Monday’s excitement we’d lost almost everyone’s APs over at Typhoon Lagoon so our first stop was to get some new ones reissued. No problem except for standing in line for a few minutes. Then we were ready to go. We decided to hop on the railroad with the big kids getting off in Frontierland and my family going on to Toontown…we would meet up in a couple of hours at Haunted Mansion. We inquired as to the Guest Conductor positions and were promptly sent to the rear of the train. Nicholas and Katelyn agreed to do these first two legs. So after a rather lively and southern rendition of ALL ABOARD from Danger Girl we were off! We had to reassure Zachary that, no, we would not be getting wet on this ride. And after a quick stop in the wild frontier Nicholas got everyone safely boarded and we were on our way to Toontown.

Disney 2 160.jpg

Disney 2 161.jpg

Once in Toontown we took a tour of Mickey’s Country House but bypassed meeting him as we’d already met him quite a few other places….should I mention how many “hidden Mickeys” Zachary found here?? And why is it that Minnie’s house is always SO much more crowded than Mickey’s? Is it because it’s first from that side of Toontown? I can never figure that out. We then decided to meet some princesses. Nicholas also decided that meeting Princesses was just not for him so he stayed in line with us then took a seat at the back of the princess room while the rest of us visited with Aurora, Cinderella, and Snow White. Aurora gave Samantha a huge kiss on her cheek. Then we were off to Barnstormer. We did a baby swap and on this ride they told Rich to wait for Katelyn and I up at the exit to the ride. So as soon as the whole minute’s worth of ride was over he jumped right on with her while I took everyone else to play at Donald’s boat. We snacked on hot dogs for lunch while the kids played/snacked. It was time to start making our way to Haunted Mansion but Rich and the kids couldn’t pass by the teacups without taking a spin. I love the kids faces. It’s true that a picture says a thousand words…like the words “I’m gonna puke Dad!!!” Which is interesting because that’s what the theme for today ends up being…more about that later. As we passed Pooh we pulled some FPs.

While we were waiting for the big kids Rich did some surprise shopping. Turns out he bought a snowglobe for me for our anniversary. It’s beautiful…Mickey and Minnie’s wedding with doves, flowers, and beads all around. I actually ended up carrying it part of the way out that night without even paying any attention. The big kids hadn’t been to HM since the addition of Leota’s headstone so my family had a great time waiting for them to notice it. I love to hear people’s reactions when they see her move and her eyes open….awesome!! I am ashamed to say that I really had to talk Zachary into this ride. He didn’t get upset or frightened but he was mad and when the ghost sat on him he wanted to punch him to get him off. I seriously don’t remember being scared of it when I was little….except for the bride in the attic…but the first time I went on it with my own kids I thought for sure I was going to cause them to need some counseling afterwards. Nicholas did enjoy noticing the chess pieces on the top of the mansion though. And we always stop to read the tombs on the way out. They are so funny and most people just breeze right by.

Katelyn decided she wanted to go with Grandma and the big boys to MGM…she’s Danger Girl remember? So they left and we went back to Fantasyland. Rich sat down to feed Samantha while I took the other kids on Snow White, the Carrousel, and Dumbo. The shortest wait was for the carrousel and I mentioned to Nicholas to keep his eyes out for a horse with a golden ribbon around its tail…but to not tell Jennifer yet. He found it and watched it go around and around until it was our turn and he went straight to it, called Jennifer over, and announced that she was going to get to ride on Cinderella’s very own horse! She was absolutely thrilled!!! Zachary rode a horse next to her that he insisted was the Prince’s horse and Nicholas found one behind us that was huge. He pretended he was a knight protecting the Prince and Cinderella. My plan was to just stand by the kids so that other folks could ride, but it wasn’t full and the kids were begging me to ride also….I didn’t know what kind of weight limit these things had so I very carefully climbed aboard. It was such a fun ride altogether.

Disney 2 196.jpg

Disney 2 198.jpg

Disney 2 199.jpg

Then we went over to Dumbo and while waiting for that ride Rich waited at one end and every time we’d get down there he’d give us a snack. Everyone around thought that was so sweet…like runners in a marathon…grabbing that drink and running on. Our FP time for Pooh Bear had arrived so we were on our way bouncing and floating and enjoying a blustery day. While we were on Dumbo Rich had pulled FPs for Peter Pan. The time on them was not until almost 6pm!!

Part two coming up!

***And now let us pause for a moment of peace....

Disney 2 203.jpg

Rich and the boys realized we had been in MK all day without a single ride on Buzz so off to Tomorrowland we went. We pulled a FP for Buzz, then went into the standby line. Can I tell you how hard it is to get a good score while your 9 month old is steering your spaceship? Impossible. After two rounds on the TTA and some shopping for a Buzz Lightyear light up toy it was time for our Buzz FP. Again, no good score for me…but Zachary racked up over 10,000 points which for a 3 year old is pretty good. Rich continued to beat my score pretty well. I still don’t think he ever went over a few hundred thousand though. We grabbed more FPs for later and went for dinner at Cosmic Ray’s. I think this place gets overlooked sometimes which is fine with me. Most people grab tables right near the ordering area and don’t notice the tables down near Sunny Eclipse. We enjoyed eating and listening to Sunny’s musical stylings. My favorite is his ballad about the star… “Goodnight little star, watch and keep her till we meet again…”

An aside about this picture...Rich took this from the TTA. I think it turned out pretty neat...a bit of Tomorrowland with the castle and then some rocks that look like they should be in Frontierland. Can anyone tell me why those rocks are there????

Disney 2 206.jpg

With our bellies stuffed full we realized it was almost time for our flight over London. The doors had just opened for Philharmagic though, so we skipped right into it. The theater was nearly full by the time we got back there so we were struggling to find enough seats for us. Here’s where the phrase of the day comes into effect again. We noticed a row with about 10 empty seats. We assumed that the people just didn’t want to follow the Disney creed of sliding all the way down. When we got to the row we found out WHY they didn’t slide all the way down….someone had thrown up all over the floor. YUCK!!! We waved a CM over to let them know and then found some seats all the way down in the 2nd row. Zachary had learned about these 3D shows and he knew that at some point there would be some form of liquid squirted out at him so he was not happy. But we were all taken in by the story line and this show did not disappoint. I won’t give away all surprises…because there were certainly some great ones…but I will say that the smell in this show is DELICIOUS!!!!

By the time we got over to Peter Pan the FP line was actually out into the walkway. The posted wait time was 55 minutes but we couldn’t see anyone in it…unless they were all the way around the corner. But no one was entering the standby line….only a huge group at FP. I wish I would have just walked around the corner to check out the standby line but I didn’t. It was just a few minutes before we were flying anyway. We love Peter Pan. I think it is just about the coolest ride ever. I hope my kids always feel that way too. Our last FP for Buzz was coming up so we crossed the park yet again and conquered Zurg and saved the universe…blah, blah, blah….;)

The parade was about to start and since we had decided to wait for the second one and we needed to rest our feet we decided to ride the train around again. The kids and I began the quiet walk from Tomorrowland to Toontown to catch the train while Rich ran to get some FPs to Space Mountain for later. At the train we again asked about being Guest Conductors. This time it was Jennifer and Zachary’s turn. The CM back there was hilarious. When he announced that Jennifer from ALABAMA was the guest conductor he began singing “Sweet Home Alabama”. We discovered there were other folks from AL on the train also…that or they just REALLY liked the song!

Disney 2 220.jpg

Disney 2 219.jpg

At Main St. we got a peek at a few of the floats in Spectro, then Zachary got us underway to Frontierland. The parade hadn’t arrived here yet so we jumped off the train and took a late night ride on Pirates. I love walking through this side of the park after dark. It’s so mysterious and empty! We stopped to get some ice cream, a Dole Whip and a Root Beer float and leisurely made our way to find a spot to watch Wishes. The big kids were on their way in from MGM also.

We managed to find a great spot just outside the entrance to Adventureland and sat down to enjoy our treats. The first parade had just ended in Frontierland and out came a great throng of people. We had to tuck our feet in to not get stepped on. Now, just to my right there was an empty spot of fence about 3 feet long, then there was another family sitting and waiting for the fireworks also. Out of the blue from this great throng of people came this large man. He came straight to the empty fence to my right, leaned over, and threw up all over the flowers. I told the kids to get up and move to the left and I pushed the stroller a foot or two out but the crowd was just too large to move any further and then I felt it…..SPLATTERS on the backs of my legs. See, where the theme really came into play here? I just froze after that. I could not move. I felt the same feeling in the pit of my stomach when I see a spider. I was stuck. The man managed to gather himself and continued walking on. The crowd began to thin out and we were able to move all the way out to the curb. I whipped out the baby wipes and began wiping my legs, my pants, my shoes….then out came the hand sanitizer. I think I used almost the whole bottle. If I could have thrown my shoes out and gone barefoot I would have. But in actuality it didn’t get me that bad. I couldn’t see anything on them or my pants….it was just much worse in my mind. We and the family that had been on the other side of the man spent the next 15 minutes yelling at people “DON’T SIT THERE! DON’T TOUCH THAT!” Nicholas went off to find a CM to get it cleaned up and he swears the first 3 he came across didn’t speak English. That or they ignored him. Rich finally had to go search for him. I was afraid he was lost somewhere.

Wishes began and everyone stood up. Why do they do that? Stay sitting. Is the view better? You don’t have to crank your neck up quite as much? Why? We had a great view of the castle but a tree or two to our left blocked some of the fireworks from behind the castle. No one seemed to mind too much. The big kids had found a spot at the entrance to Tomorrowland and stayed there for the fireworks. I think the boys just wanted a better view of Tink!! Fantasy in the Sky was my Grandma’s favorite part of WDW. I wish that she would have been able to see Wishes. I know she would have loved it. She would have cried like a baby like she always did during FITS. Love you Grandma.

Disney 2 225.jpg

After Wishes, the big kids found their way to us and we shifted a little in order to have a good spot for SpectroMagic. We just crossed the street and sat on the ledge around the flower beds. We had a bit of time to wait but a couple of CMs came over and started a mini soccer game in the street in front of the castle. Then they played quite a few more games with the kids. I have never seen anything like that happen…the kids say it was one of their favorite times. Thank you to them for those little fun things. Spectro was excellent as always. It had been a few years since we had seen it and everyone enjoyed it. But our day wasn’t over yet. My mom kept a sleeping Samantha while Danger Girl, my bros and I rode Space Mtn and Rich and the little guys rode Buzz Lightyear yet again.

And thus ended our whirlwind Magic Kingdom day. I think everyone had a great day and every single person left with a smile….except maybe that guy who puked….

As an aside…the night before, when Rich learned that my mom would be coming down also, he contacted the front desk at ASMu to inquire about another room. They were able to give us the room one door down and for the AP rate that we had booked our rooms with. They were very accommodating and offered a ton of help if needed. We appreciated everyone who helped us that Monday…we were still saddened that Kyle’s shoes never showed up. I can only assume that another swimmer spotted them and took them and hopefully not a CM….

Something nice to finish the day with...

Disney 2 214.jpg

***This is the day we part company with my mom and brothers. We all agreed that we couldn’t wait until our huge family trip in October. This was a great test run for that. Our methods of splitting up and meeting again for peak moments worked wonderfully well. Today mom and the boys went to Animal Kingdom I believe and then began the long drive back to Alabama to be home for Thanksgiving and my family went back to Epcot. I was dead set on getting all the way around World Showcase if it took me the whole solid day. We packed up the cars, said our goodbyes and Happy Thanksgivings, and off we all went.

Rich, Nicholas, Katelyn, and Zachary stayed in Future World to do Innoventions. They had lunch at the Electric Umbrella.

Jennifer, Samantha, and I took off for the exotic land of Mexico. We enjoyed, okay, I enjoyed lunch at Cantina de San Angel. Jennifer had a snack that I had brought along. We found the Kidcot station and while Jennifer was decorating it, Samantha and I made another video postcard to send to Dad. Jennifer decided to decorate a section of her mask at each country instead of coloring the whole thing right there. I thought that was an excellent idea because she could rest her little legs for a few minutes each time. We enjoyed the boat ride together also.

Disney 3 045.jpg

She wanted to skip the boat ride in Norway but after adding to her mask posed with the troll and rubbed its nose for luck.

Disney 3 047.jpg

We visited China where they added to her mask and wrote her name in Chinese on the back and we learned she was born in the year of the rabbit. Then she wanted to take a picture with every single statue. After 3, we moved on.

Disney 3 049.jpg

I enjoyed the strawberry slushie earlier in the week so much that I had to get another one. Jennifer and I shared it and she agreed that it was yummy! In Germany she loved the fountain and the train.

Disney 3 051.jpg

Imaginum was performing again but after hearing about Samantha’s story Jennifer was too shy to go over to her. We watched for a few minutes but she still didn’t want to go so we went to add to her mask. Some clouds were blowing in and it was looking pretty bad…but I think the good luck from the troll held up because we never had rain. We were also practicing saying hello in each language but she was always too shy to say a word to the CMs.

Disney 3 053.jpg

We decided to stop to see the show in the American Pavilion. As we walked in we noticed everyone sitting so we decided to sit also…not knowing what would happen. Well, the singing group, Voices of Liberty, came out to perform. Jennifer asked if she could scoot up closer so I agreed. She found an open spot right in the front and I was behind her a little to her left. Well, the show was amazing and going right along with “Skip to my Lou”…when lo and behold one of the gentlemen lost his partner…what’ll he do? Well he came straight to Jennifer and asked her to be his partner!!! She very reluctantly stood up and played along with him until the song was over. He then asked her what her name was and where she was from. When he asked her if he could come back and talk to her later she nodded yes and sat down. So the show continued on and the lead man stepped out and began talking to Jennifer…asking her if she had a boyfriend…NO…does she want him to be her boyfriend (pointing at the other gentleman)….NO…does she want him just to leave her alone….YES. So everyone laughed and the show went on. They are fantastic and I am so glad we got to see them. After the show ended the gentleman came over and thanked Jennifer for being a good sport but she wouldn’t talk to him or shake his hand…or even take a picture with him. I felt bad that we wouldn’t have a picture memory because I know eventually she would really laugh about it, but I wasn’t going to force her. We liked the movie only somewhat. I guess I expected something a little more grand. I was thinking that if I were from another country I would want to learn something other than some of what the show was about. I may just have been in an odd mood at that time…I don’t know. It just seemed, and forgive me if you totally disagree, but too negative and even cheesy at times…with the audio-animatronics. Okay, I’ll stop now. We really did enjoy it on the whole. We listened to the Fife and Drum corps for a few moments and after adding to her mask we were ready to move on.

Disney 3 054.jpg

In Japan we were able to see the end of the drummer’s show. We then wandered through to the back where the Kidcot station was. The displays of tin toys were really neat. Jennifer was amazed that they were actually toys.

Disney 3 056.jpg

(Part two coming right up)

In Morocco we enjoyed listening to Mo’rockin but after her experience in America she was going nowhere near the front of that group. So we wandered through to the station and then through the streets. I loved Morocco and could have spent so much time exploring. We were able to meet Jasmine in the very back. Jennifer was so excited.

Disney 3 058.jpg

Disney 3 061.jpg

On to France where I enjoyed and Jennifer said she “liked” a crepe au chocolat….yum! I remember making these in my high school French classes. We found the station and she added to her mask. We found out that Belle was meeting and greeting but the line was much too long already and Jennifer agreed to travel on.

Disney 3 064.jpg

United Kingdom was nice but I’m not a seafood fan so the smell of fish made me want to hurry on. Jennifer didn’t want her picture taken with one of the phone booths so we just worked on her mask and headed for Canada. I got a phone call from Rich to let me know they had worked completely through both Innoventions and the Living Seas…which they loved because of Nemo. Zachary is still talking about all of the fish he learned about…though he insists the starfish is not from Nemo but is Patrick from Spongebob.

Disney 3 068.jpg

We played in Canada for a little while. The waterfall in the back is beautiful. After Jennifer finished her mask she received a nice certificate so she posed in front of the waterfall to show off her successful trip around the world. As we came down the stairs we caught a glimpse of a show going on…OFF KILTER!! I wanted to stay and listen and Samantha was dancing in my arms but Jennifer was tired so we turned to go back to meet up with Dad and the kids.

Disney 3 070.jpg

Disney 3 072.jpg

We all met up and decided it was time to leave the World for the real world. We said our goodbyes to Disney…but it wasn’t so sad this time because with our Annual Passes we know we’ll be back soon.

So after dinner at Denny’s we drove to Rich’s parents house to spend Thanksgiving with them. But the story doesn’t end here….

Disney 3 075.jpg

***Happy Thanksgiving and birthday for me!!! Rich, his dad, and the kids all went swimming while his mom and I worked in the kitchen. She fixed up a mean Thanksgiving meal and by the afternoon we were all thoroughly stuffed. We had such a nice visit with them and some friends of theirs.

***I woke up to find a cake and flowers for me for my birthday. It was so nice. We talked about going to get lunch and then going on to the beach but I was getting antsy about getting home in time to clean up and maybe even get some Christmas decorations up before work and school started again on Monday. So we decided to go ahead and start for home and just sleep over somewhere in GA. But there’s a surprise thrown in here….Rich’s dad gave him some money for me for my birthday and during lunch he was making all kinds of phone calls. I thought someone at work needed something so I didn’t pay attention. So we say our goodbye’s to his parents and Rich says “How would you feel about going back to Disney tonight?” UMMMM, I feel good.

So he tells me he got us the only accommodations that would hold a family our size at this late notice…a 2 room suite at Old Key West!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!?!?!?!? Now, I had been somewhat quiet about my birthday. I did want a button but never remembered to get one as we came into any park. So this was his surprise for me. The room was absolutely beautiful. I could easily have lived there for weeks on end. Our balcony faced a lovely waterway with just a row of trees separating us from Downtown Disney. More on that later…we dropped our bags and headed back out to MGM because there were quite a few things we missed on our day there. Namely the Osborne lights hadn’t been ready yet.

Disney 4 005.jpg

After standing in line for the Great Movie Ride and realizing they would miss Millionaire, Rich, Nicholas, and Zachary headed straight over there while the girls and I stayed on. Fun ride…the gangster got us. Katelyn informed me that when she was there with the big boys her Uncle Nathan had made everyone laugh with a hearty “I’m melting, I’m melting” during the Wizard of Oz scene. We then went in to see One Man’s Dream. The girls really enjoyed seeing so many pictures of Walt Disney. It really helped them put a face with the man who had dreamed up so many wonderful ideas and made his dreams a reality. The boys met up with us but the park was closing so we skipped the movie to go see the lights. We came in the back side…down by the Backlot Tour. The kids were in awe. The snow was delightful….once Zachary realized he wasn’t going to get wet from it! We met a CM who was from a city just a few minutes away from where we live. It was nice for her to get to talk to people from so close to home…though she was an Auburn fan and expressed her dislike of Nicholas’ Bama hat. Even the magic of Disney can’t change that rivalry!

Disney 4 008.jpg

Disney 4 010.jpg

We were getting hungry so decided to go to DTD for dinner at Rainforest Café. Nicholas remembered his volcano for his birthday a few years ago….turns out we were all too full after dinner to even ask for one for me for my birthday. Funny thing about getting a bus to DTD….we had to catch a bus to a resort then a DTD bus. A CM told us the fastest one would be to Pop Century…ok…we’d never seen it so we go. Bad….we had to wait for 2 buses just to get on….while we watched the bus to Old Key West come and go fairly empty. It was one of those…if we get out of line and go over there then this one will become the better place to be. So we just waited. Pop Century was fun to see. Zachary went berserk about the “hidden Mickeys” he found on the main building.

We had a nice dinner at RFC and would you believe we had the same server that we had back in Jan 2002???!!! I knew he looked familiar but when I saw his nametag and heard his accent I knew it was him. And now for the life of me I can’t remember his name…He confirmed he had been working there for many years and that he had just had a baby when we were there before and then he told us he and his wife had just had their second. I just thought that was interesting. The food was good and we took some back to OKW for snacks later. We shopped in the World of Disney shop, took some pictures here and there then realized we had taken so long that the only buses running were over at PI. So we began walking. Now the kids were doing so well….hardly any complaining and it was after midnight. Two Oriental women had followed us on the long walk all the way from the Marketplace bus stop and I could hear them giggling about some of our kids comments and questions. When we got to the PI bus stop they thanked us and gave us a shopping bag with a carton of grapes in it. They were either thanking us for leading the way to the other bus stop or for the entertainment on the way over…not sure but glad we could be of service.

Disney 4 023.jpg

Disney 4 020.jpg

Once we climbed the 3 flights of stairs to our room the kids quickly fell asleep. Anniversary and birthday cards had been left for us/me while we were gone. Really nice surprise! Rich and I assumed there would be fireworks over at PI and since the balcony faced that way we grabbed some snacks and waited….and waited….and waited. I guess they only do those for holidays??? Or maybe not at all anymore…oh well.

In Morocco we enjoyed listening to Mo’rockin but after her experience in America she was going nowhere near the front of that group. So we wandered through to the station and then through the streets. I loved Morocco and could have spent so much time exploring. We were able to meet Jasmine in the very back. So after dinner at Denny’s we drove to Rich’s parents house to spend Thanksgiving with them. But the story doesn’t end here….

Disney 3 075.jpg

***Rich wanted to conquer ToT…I think it took him this long to get the courage up. So we went back to MGM and he pulled a FP for it while the rest of us went to One Man’s Dream again. We all loved looking at all the models…what amazing detail. We especially liked seeing things from the parks around the world. A CM very kindly pointed out to us that one of the models is designed as a Hidden Mickey. Forgive me because I want to say it is the park in Japan…but they have a traditional castle right? This model was a fortress…maybe Disneysea??? I’m not sure…but it’s a profile of Mickey…pretty neat…Zachary was impressed. Rich made it back in time to see the movie which we had missed the night before. I hadn’t seen that much footage of Mr. Disney before. He seemed to be such a happy guy…he had a great smile and laugh, didn’t he? The kids enjoyed seeing the movie and it brought the name “Walt Disney” World to life.

Disney 4 054.jpg

We stopped for Millionaire and it was a really fun show. None of us made it onto the board though. I know I was fast and got all but one answer right. I guess I just wasn’t good enough. Loved the phone a stranger!

Disney 4 057.jpg

Next was the Backlot Tour. When Zachary turned the corner to see the huge water tank he was not happy. And we just happened to be in the front row also. I was pretty nervous because the sidewalk looked soaked but we barely got splashed. During the ride we sat right behind the family that were the volunteers during the first scene and Zachary struck up a conversation with them and I believe he spoke more to them during the waiting time and on the ride itself than he did to me the whole day! He told them all about the things he had done at Disney and about how brave he was because he didn’t get wet. Then we drove into Catastrophe Canyon. That freaked him out just a little. He kept telling me “I told you we were going to get wet!!” And I kept reassuring him that we would be just fine. Having survived that we moseyed over for a quick lunch at Rosie’s while Katelyn and Rich went on ToT. Katelyn said her Dad nearly had her scared to death also…even though this was her 6th ride. He kept asking her questions and she was feeling his nervous vibe! They made it and then it was my turn to go on with her. That ride will never get old….purely because it changes so often. I think that last ride was the best because after 3-4 good falls we went down just one “floor” and everyone thought we were done…you could hear the collective sigh of relief and the nervous laughter starting. Then up we went again…ALL THE WAY UP!! We paused and dropped all the way down. Man, that was good. Danger Girl was super proud of her 7 times and had in fact helped answer questions of grown ups who were going on for the first time. Way to go Kate!

Now it really was time to get going. We took a few more pictures on our way out, visited the bathroom one last time, and off we went with a promise to come back soon.

WOW!!! Thats ALOT of reading, but it felt as if I was reliving the whole trip again so its great!!!!! Great pictures there Amy now I cant wait to go again. I will try to post some of my pics from the video camera but it was the first time I had used it so I am not sure how they came out.... :earboy2: By far it was the BEST time I have ever had at disney, escpecially with the yelling stuff on the rides..... :smooth: I will post more later after I read ALL of it...haha.

What a wonderful report! sounds like you and your family had such a wonderful time! Loved the photos! Thank you so much for sharing! I love the photo of the kids with Mr. Incredible in the background, looks like they were in the middle of having a blast! I hope I get a nice surprise like you did on your birthday!!!! Thanks again! :thewave:

I loved your report and your family sounds wonderful. I am so glad that you guys had a great time. OKW looks beautiful. What a treat. It must have been a pain packing up 3 times. Thanks for sharing.

Ok, Ok I must stand up for myself on this one..... :earboy2:

"The picture we bought for this one is priceless….my hair back in the wind, the look of excitement on Kyle’s face, Danger Girl’s absolutely huge screaming mouth, and Jeremy’s eyes closed tight."

That was the ONLY ride I did that on and it was because I did not put my head against the headrest and so it got bounced around alot and I started feeling a bit dizzy and was trying to focus...... :earseek:

I must say Amy did a GREAT job on this report. Lots of details and makes me want to go back asap.

I will post more as I read more.

Okay...so you weren't closing your eyes out of fear...but maybe it was more like :scared:

or maybe

or perhaps :crazy2:

or maybe even :scared1:

but really the whole ride with you, Kate, and Kyle was like this :upsidedow :rotfl:

Thanks Jere!

Cuter....could you let me know which pictures you're having trouble seeing? Maybe I can fix them. Just tell me which day is having trouble. Thanks!

I loved your report and your pictures. How in the world did you do that for 11 days with 5 kids? You deserve a medal!

You are too kind! I guess I am accustomed to all the craziness so transporting it all down to Disney wasn't so difficult. :teleport:
