I'm up EARLY! 5:30! moving wayyy slow today!!! not hungover per say but definalety SLOW!
I let the crew sleep till 8 am since this is a no park day. We spend the a.m. in and around our room, catching the news and watching the Disney Vacation Channel. I inform DH that we have a day left on our hoppers and he says "well we just have to come back!" YES! It worked! Hooked!
The boys return from the arcade and we sit in the courtyard for a while. We meet up with a woman who is a pin trader/collector and the boys show her their lanyards. She goes into her room and returns with 2 bags of pins that she bought to sell on Ebay. DS12 is mezmorized by all her pins and as we walk away she calls them both over and gives them pins to trade. What a nice thing to do!!!
It's 1:30 so we grab a bus to MGM to grab a bus to WL. We get there about 2:15 and have time before our PS for 2:40 at WCC. We walk around the grounds a bit and then go inside and I ask a CM if it was possible to see a room. Of course he says....follow me! so we head to the elevator and go up to the 3rd floor. We are shown a nice room with a balcony and when I ask if this is a standard room I'm told no, it's a wood view. It's nice but really I think that our room at CBR is bigger. I could be wrong though. We thank the CM, wander around the store and then head over for our late lunch. Now I had heard reviews about this place and it's even shown on the video about how fun it is. We pass the big keg thing that holds the hobby horses and are seated. There are about 10 table occupied in the whole place. I wait for the fun to begin and I'm really glad that I never told the crew about the "suppossed" goings on here because not a single thing that I had heard/read or saw happened! Not a thing!!! DS5 asks where the characters are and I explain they aren't at this meal and he gets upset saying that he didn't see GOOFY today!!!! oh man!!! I had allowed over an hour here for lunch alone and we are done in about 35 min. Our bill? $79.00 w/ tip! A little pricey for what we had but DH enjoyed his skillett.
At the pin kiosk DS12 trades his pin for a Chip and Dale one and DS5 trades his for a Buzz one! Both are happy with their trades.
Let me say that WL is beautiful!!! DH loves it and wants to stay here next time...I tell him "If I get a good code!" I like it, really I do but all I can think about is Giant Lincoln Logs!!!
We head to the bus stop to head to DD and we wait a WHILE!!! It takes us almost an hour to get there! DANG!
We head straight for Cirque and had to wait a few minutes till they open the doors. We have great seats!!! Section 203 row 2 seats 2-5!!! The show is fantastic!! Definately a must do!!!! We all absolutely love it!!! I overhear pple outside afterwards say "Oh that's just a circus" HA! NOPE! We walk around and hit the candy place and magnet shop. It's 8:45 so we decide to head back to CBR and start packing for the trip home.
I set the wake up call for 6:46 and we all hit the hay!
