Our First Class Tickets to Hawaii!!

Chris and I are doing the same thing! We have enough for the first class tickets, but we won't be going any time soon. By then we'll have more miles saved up. Maybe they can be used to defray hotel or island hopping.

Have a great time! Two weeks in paradise sounds wonderful. I've been to the Big Island, Maui & Kauai....Oahu is next on my list....you will love it all! When we went to the Big Island several years ago, we stayed in Kona and several times we drove down the road to a beach called Kahalu'u.....you've got to snorkel there- tons of sea turtles! We also went on a Sea Quest rafting adventure and snorkeled at Captain Cook's monument and the Place of Refuge-- we had a 20 foot whale shark swim under our raft while we were stopped looking at something! I'm glad I wasn't in the water at that time, cause although the whale sharks are harmless, it would have FREAKED me out!

We did the SeaQuest thing too. Our "captain" didn't have very much good to say about Kevin Costner when he was there filming Water World. The last time we went to the Big Island, we rented two person kayaks and kayaked to Captain Hooks monument. It was a lot of fun. There was someone at the dock to help you in and help you out. Not that they were hired to do that, they just did!

I only fly 1st class, when my family flies with me, they are usually in coach, unless I get a companion upgrade, then the DS get's first class and DH get's coach. DS understands this will reverse when he's a teen.
