hiya,

I will be posting a trip report soon...I've been composing it in my head for the whole trip. :) We had a good trip, for a non-wdw trip but I decided I'm just too spoiled and won't ever do a non wdw trip to Orlando or stay offsite again. Unless when my kids are big they want to go to Universal, and then I think I'll stay onsite there too! The weather was great.

Will post soon...

Now to start the countdown to the next trip! :)

While researching hotels for our trip for Oct 2005 I was talking to our travel agent and she mentioned staying on-site. Now I am a believer!! (When I went as a kid and younger ;) adult we would stay at my Grandparent is St. Petersburg drove to Orlando and stayed there for a couple of nights.) We stayed at POP, and that is enough for me. We only needed a place to sleep and shower.

When we talked about another trip I mentioned staying off site, but my hubby and kids really don't want to (neither do I) and truthfully while I know some people do off site cheaper, we wouldn't, with having to rent a car, and I refuse to cook.

I had the difference of staying off-site vs on-site in the same week. It gave me enough incentive to buy DVC... so go figure! :teeth:
