DH and I just returned from a 6 night stay at the WL for our "second" honeymoon-- To celebrate our anniversary. We went on the meal plan and enjoyed a TON of food which made it well worth the money spent on the plan.

Here are just a few of the places we ate at: The Ohana (dinner). We love to sit at the poynesian, and eat. There is also a great view of the wishes from the windows. We ate breakfast at Chef Mickeys, the food was the same as always, but we go there to see Mickey, not to savor the food.
We enjoyed the "movie" at the Sci-Fi Dine in, ate way to much there, and had dinner at the Yachtsman steakhouse---- to die for. The Coral Reef seemed too expensive, but the views were wonderful as well as our server and the food was great too.

Our favorite places, not on the new meal plan is Fulton's in Downtown Disney. We ate there on valentines day..... We love the Claws and Lobster Tail combo plate :goodvibes

Even with the counter service, and self-service breakfasts/ lunches we enjoyed using this meal plan and think it was worth the money we spent... and then some.

more yachtsman steakhouse details please! this is where my husband and i are planning to celebrate our 32 year anniversary in may. :earboy2:

DH and I Love to Eat, and this place has tons of GOOD food. We had late PS(830), but the place was still busy. The food selection was great (obviously steaks are the main choice-- but they did have seafood and chicken too) The rolls and butter are hot and melt in your mouth, the appitezers are all good, we had both the shrimp coctail and the tomato basil plate-- both of which were large enough to be a small meal on their own. I ate the rib eye, which I could not finish, the mashed potates and carrots, the meat melted in your mouth-- no need for salt/pepper or A1. :goodvibes DH had porterhouse, which could have fed a small country, but he managed to eat every bit of it along with a baked potatoe and veggies. I tried a little and it was GREAT. :goodvibes Of course, you have to have dessert there, we had key lime pie on night, and a chocolate boat on a different night. The service was superior. We are not big drinkers, but the wine selection was vast, and the cast member was knowledgeable as to what to drink with which meal. I would go again, it was worth every penny. (I would go if we were/weren't on the meal plan) :teeth:

Thanks for the reviews! You have a couple of our favortires there.
One thing you didnt mention that has me wondering was that you mentioned the rolls and butter at YSH. Did they offer you garlic for the rolls too? I hope they havent stopped that as it is amazing!!! ;)

My bad.... yes the garlic was there too :goodvibes

Thanks so much! Im looking forward to that as much as my meal, LOL. ;)
