DH and I are going to WDW from 8/31 to 9/6, with the DxDP. We are young marrieds, no kids that just enjoy being able to enjoy the food, parks, watching kids have a good time/people watching, etc. We tend not to ride too many rides because DH uses an electric wheelchair and cannot transfer onto some rides. We also don't get caught up at being at the park super early/late becuase of EMH, but we do like to see fireworks, etc. Take a look at our schedule below and give me your thoughts:

Saturday, 8/31:
Dinner @ O'Hana (8:30 p.m.) - do you think we'll make it to MK for fireworks?

Sunday, 9/1:
Breakfast @ Gasparilla Games
Lunch @ Rose&Crown (12:30 p.m.)
Dinner @ Le Cellier (7:30 p.m.)

Monday, 9/2:
Breakfast @ Chef Mickey's (8:30 a.m.)
Lunch @ MK counter service
Dinner @ California Grill (9:30 p.m.) - what do we need to tell them to get "fireworks seating"?

Tuesday, 9/3:
Breakfast @ Kona Cafe (7:50 a.m.)
Lunch @ 50s Prime Time (12:35 p.m.) - is this place any good?
Dinner @ Tutto Italia (8:15 p.m.)

Thursday, 9/4:
Breakfast @ GF Cafe (7:30 a.m.)
Lunch @ Polynesian counter service
Dinner @ Narcoosee's (9:35 p.m.) - (again) what do we need to tell them to get "fireworks seating"?

Friday, 9/5:
Breakfast ?
Lunch @ Wolfgang Puck (12:30 p.m.) - We are planning to use most of our snack credits at Goofy's to get "ditty gifts" for coworkers, etc. Will we have a problem using the bulk of our 24 credits at once??
Dinner @ Chef de France (8:10 p.m.) - Early dinner for me; Do you think we can get back to MK in time for fireworks?

Saturday, 9/6:
Breakfast ?
Lunch @ MK counter service
GO HOME

You may want to ask a mod to merge your duplicate thread from the main dining board with this one. You probably won't get different answers between the two threads on the separate boards - most of those reading this board read the other board as well. :goodvibes

On 8/31 I don't think if you eat at Ohana at 830 that you will make it to MK to see the fireworks but I think you could see them from the restaurant.

On 9/2 You need to as for a window seat at CG wishes starts at 10 so you might not be able to get seated before it starts. I guess it will just depend on how busy it is but I know people that are sitting in the window seats are probably going to linger over their meals to see the fireworks.

On 9/4 the fireworks are at 9 so you will not even be seated by your adr before it starts. I think they may have a balcony that you could watch from while you wait for your seat.

9/5 no fireworks that night mk closes at 7. Maybe a special event night?
