[DW Contribution]After a whirlwind Monday night one would think it would make for a mellow Tuesday. Wrong! Sometime during E-ride I wasn’t feeling too well but contributed it to just some over eating and thought whatever ailed me would go away. Well Tuesday morning came and I awoke feeling miserable with a mild headache and a few tremors..ok not good. I went to the bathroom then returned to bed, only I didn’t make it. I pass out. Don’t recall for how long but when I awoke I was on the floor right by my side of the bed. Meanwhile DH is asleep and did not hear me fall for he had on his CPAP, his breathing apparatus he wears every night. I tugged on the sheets just hoping he can at least react to that. He did and practically jumped out of bed to get me onto the bed. I was shaking and still lightheaded and freaking out. This was my HONEYMOON! I didn’t want this to be happening!! It was decided that letting this go was NOT a good idea and DH called for some help. The resort sent over security to assess the situation and a triage team arrived but not the ambulance. The Triage team checked me over: blood pressure, breathing, and (at my insistence) my blood sugar level (maternal bloodline of diabetes in the family). Everything came out normal! Shocked I asked how it could be. Suspected reason was lack of real good sleep on the days leading up to the wedding mixed with the excitement of being back in Disney (we did a lot since our arrival on Sunday). I was told to just “take it easy” but if I felt the same way DH was to call the desk and this time to ask for an ambulance. I was crushed; I didn’t want to stay in bed! But stay I did for a little bit until I felt able to go out.

When we left our resort we arrived at MGM to see lines of people getting their bags checked. Security Guard Dave checked our bags and engaged in some small talk when he noticed our ears. We began to notice that he was asking an awful lot of questions but shrugged it off…Until he asked to shake our hands. He takes the BOTH of us by the hands and leads us to face EVERYONE. In a BOOMING voice he announced to the WORLD who we were, where we were from and that we were here on our Honeymoon (like the EARS weren’t a tip off  ). Dave also asked everyone to congratulate the couple and we were bombarded with whoops and applause. We were simply giggling and turning red like school kids. Still giggling we enter MGM but caught a gentleman say in a sing song voice “That’s what you get for wearing the ears.” We lost it and just doubled over laughing.

[I take over] Well, after our little incident this morning I figured ToT and RnR were not a good idea for the DW today and I also didn't want to leave her alone, so I figured we'd do it another time. Instead we headed over to Star Tours. Now, I had read on here that it would be closed during the beginning of our stay for refurbishment, but to my surprise it looked open, and there was a short line of people waiting to get in! Well, I asked a CM about it and was informed that only the mural up front was getting redone! HOORAY! Being a big Star Wars fan this is one of my favorite rides. So we went in and after a short wait we were on our Star Speeder in the second row. After the CM gave her usual speil ("May the Force be with you, 'cause I sure won't") and the doors closed she came back on over the speakers in the ride and said "Please congratulate the newlyweds sitting in section 2"! Well we got applauded again before setting off on our leisurely trip to Endor. After the ride we grabbed fastpass tickets so we could come back and wandered towards Muppetvision 3D. Unfortunately, there was a HUGE line, so we decided to wait and come back later. Instead, we spent the time waiting for our fastpass time browsing the shops, looking around Pizza Planet, and writing a bit more in our notebook about what happened. (Just a bit of warning, despite our best intentions this was the last day we made notes in the book, so the reports will be shorter in the future I think). As we were walking back up to Star Tours for our fastpass we passed two streetmosphere players driving around in a little golf cart. Well, I made my DW wait and sure enough, they spotted us and came driving over to chat. The couple turned out to be the "famous" movie star Roman Holiday and his wife (I never caught her name). We chatted for a bit while onlookers laughed and Roman gave us a lovely wedding gift: an autographed picture of himself!

After riding Star Tours again we wandered around the park a bit more, just soaking in the atmosphere. Last time we were here we were in a very kamikaze mode of thinking, so we didn't spend much time at MGM. Since we had more time this trip we decided to see what we missed, and I have to say MGM is pretty nice if you take the time to look around and soak it all in. We stopped in at the Animation Courtyard and got our picture taken with Sorcerer Mickey and decided it was time to check in at the Sci-fi for our lunch PS. On the way over I spotted Mike and Sully doing a character greeting, but DW didn't want to miss our PS so I didn't get a chance to get a picture with them. Turns out it was a good idea, as when we reached the Sci-fi it was a bit of a madhouse! They had just opened and the earliest seating available was at 4:30! Well, we waited for a bit and were finally seated in the back of our convertible. While the food and atmosphere were both good (I’m a sci-fi and classic horror movie buff) I don't think I'd eat here again. It was fun to do once, but a repeat won't be necessary. After lunch we decided that we had made our PS for 50's Prime Time that evening WAY to early, so we decided we would call up and see about moving them out when we went back to the room. Before we did that though, we wandered back to Muppetvision 3D and got to see the show after a short wait. Honestly, the wait didn't bother me because I had never seen the pre-show, and honestly, it really sets the tone for the attraction.

After enjoying the antics of the Muppets we decided to head back to our room to get some rest and also see about moving out our PS for the 50's Prime Time. DW took a nap while I called and was graciously helped by Disney's dining services. There was a 7 PM PS open and we jumped at it. We both ended up taking a nap for a few hours, which was probably a good thing since while we were napping we had our daily downpour of rain. We got up, showered, dressed an headed out for MGM at about 6 and sailed right into the park (not carrying any bags made things much quicker) As we were wandering in a couple stopped us and told us that they had done the Fantasmic dinner package, but they weren't able to stay for the show, would we be interested in using their pass? Well even though I wasn't sure if we'd make it I gladly took the pass and thanked them for their kindness. Being early for our PS, we went back and took a spin on the Great Movie Ride. After a wonderful trip through the movies we wandered over to the 50's Prime Time, checked in, and had a seat at the bar. We had just barely started our Maui Wowies (sp?) when we were brought back to our table. Cousin Patty did a good job but I think the fact that it was just the two of us, and we were seated way back by the kitchen we didn't have as good a time as many other folks have. I hope to go back with a group one day to really get the whole experience. Oh, one thing I have to mention, definitely get the s'mores dessert. It's big enough to split and YUMMMY! Well, by the time we finished dinner it was too late to make use of the Fantasmic pass we had been given, so, since it had been a trying day, we just headed back to CBR and relaxed in the room for the evening. Luckily we had brought our portable DVD player with us, so we hooked it up to the room TV and watched Lilo and Stitch before finally drifting off to sleep.

Next: Day 4, Kristos: or who were those blue spider-man people?
