I think you're going to be spending a lot of time in restaurants. Are you on the deluxe dining plan? I usually plan on about 2 hours for a sit-down meal, between the time waiting for your table to be ready to the time you actually walk out of the restaurant. Two sit-downs a day would be way too much for my family, even with one a day we feel like we don't get nearly as much done in the parks as we used to. But everyone has different things they enjoy on their vacation, and I know that for some people at Disney the restaurants are a major part of the trip, so if that's the case you seem to have a nice variety.

My only thoughts on your schedule are that Wednesday and Thursday it looks like you're going to be in Downtown Disney and a park. Be sure you allow for plenty of travel time between the two.

Happy planning!

Yes we are on the DDP, My wife and I go to Disney for the food as much as the parks. We have broken up our trip into Am/Pm parks. The times that we are at Downtown Disney, we are not scheduled to do a park (relaxing time off).

We did that plan back in April. It was a lot of fun/food.
Have a Great Trip :thumbsup2
