My report contains both our on & offsite dining experiences. Hope that is OK!

Once again, we ate breakfast at the HIFS buffet. We noticed it getting busier as the week went on and it was essential to make it there before 9:00 if you didn't want to stand in line or juggle your tray around the crowd. There is a nice seating area just outside the Club Car restaurant near the pond that was quiet and peaceful away from the buffet. If you don't plan on making repeat trips back to get more food, I recommend sitting out there!
Today was our MK day and I had a PS at the Castle for lunch. I was glad I made it since MK was a madhouse and they were turning people without a PS away at the podium for both lunch and dinner! My DH and I split an appetizer but I don't remember the name of it and I don't see it on Deb's menu. It was a seafood (prodominently crab) egg roll type wrap with a sweet & spicey sauce and greens. It was really good and big enough to share. I'm thinking it was about $8 or $9. For my entree I had The Mariner, which was a salmon sandwich with applewood bacon on multi-grain bread with sweet potato chips. It was delicious! The smokiness of the bacon went really well with the salmon and it was huge. I could only eat half of it and was regretting eating the appetizer as good as that was. The sweet potato chips were also excellent - still warm and very plentiful. I couldn't even eat half of them and I wanted to take them with me for later but didn't want to carry them around. My DH had the Major Domo's Favorite Pie and really liked it. My DS had the Jaq's Cheese Dog Rolls (no mac & cheese for once!) and my DD had the Blossom's Chicken Strips. They both enjoyed their dinners and liked getting the corn & mashed potatoes as sides instead of the usual fries. Our bill was about $55 and was definitely worth it. The food, service and atmosphere were all superb!
We were exhausted after a long day so for dinner my DH grabbed us cheeseburgers and onion rings at the A&W back at HIFS. My DD got a hot dog and french fries there and my DS got chicken wings and breadsticks at the Pizza Hut. The food court there is very reasonable and it was convenient to grab a bite to eat and take it back to our room. Dinner was about $20 (we had drinks in our fridge already).
