Hi Everyone,
We're doing the happy dance. We passed ROFR today on our BWV contract. It only took 10 days.
Here's the details: We are buying from Jaki at www.atimeshare.com. She has been great!!!! We will have 175 points, June use year. $72/point. We are paying closing costs and this years dues.
We didn't bother negotiating on the price per point or other terms. It was the contract we wanted at the resort we wanted. It wasn't worth risking losing the deal bickering over a few upfront dollars. I've since learned that BWV + BCV sell very quickly.
We already have ressies at the All-stars for 12/11-12/18. I'm hoping we can close before the 7 month booking window and get a 1br standard view at our new home at the boardwalk. We're crossing our fingers!!!
