Kim and I just came back from dinner. We drove over to Lafayette (about an hour drive) and went to Crawfish Town USA. It was awesome tasting. YUMMY

Kim had:

Louisiana Seafood Festival Platter
Seafood Gumbo, Stuffed Crab, Stuffed Shrimp, Crawfish Boulettes, Fried Catfish, Fried Shrimp, Fried Oysters, Seafood Jambalaya, and Boiled Crawfish​

This was mine:

Swamp Sampler
(a taste of the Atchafalaya, fried alligator, fried frog legs, fried catfish & fried king crawfish tails)​

Y'all need to come down to visit so Kim and I can take everyone there. We're definately going back.

The fried aligator was the best I've ever had. The platters were huge, and we brought enough leftovers home for lunch tomorrow.

They do if ya live down here They look like chicken nuggets when ya fry em, but they have a gamey flavor sorta like deer meat. (except the tail of the aligator is white meat).

Oh, almost forgot. I don't know what kinda steroids those frogs were on, but the frog legs were huge. alot of meat on them.
