Sun - Chef Mickey's char brkfst
Mon - Whisp Canyon brkfst (early before Typhoon Lagoon)
Tues - Kona brkfst, (time to activate those APs!) Liberty Tree Late lunch
Wed - Mama Melrose lunch, Plaza dinner
Thurs - Crystal Palace brkfst, Whispering Canyon dinner
Fri - Rainforest (AK) lunch, Trails End dinner
Sat - San Angel lunch
Sun - (beginning of our EpCot resort days) Cape May brkfst
Mon - LeCellier late lunch
Tues - Yacht Galley late lunch
Wed - Spoodles brkfst
Thurs - Teppenyaki late lunch
Fri - Big River lunch (no PS here)
Sat - brkfst in room while packing up, need to leave by 830am

so whatcha think? we'll be doing alot of eating!

I like all your choices, and I don't think you have too much planned at all. I agree with Harambe that the late lunches are a great idea - we do a lot of our sit-downs at lunch. Not only does lunch cost less than dinner, when you're touring the parks it's a nice break.
