My DH and I just came back from an adult only 4 day stay at the Cabins in FW.
It was our first time staying at FW. We had always wanted to go there as a family, but ended up staying there for this past trip without the kids.
We had THE MOST WONDERFUL time there!!
It was the most relaxing trip we have ever had while at a WDW resort.
So quiet and peaceful! Unlike staying at one of the other resorts where we always end up next to someone who comes in every night at 1am and wakes us all up because they are so loud.
Check-in only took minutes and then we were taken by van to our cabin immediately. And then shuttled off to the Bike Barn for our golf cart.
All the staff we encountered there were so wonderful and nice.
Especially at Trails End where we had Ken twice as our server. I had read about him here on another thread, and agree that he is the most up beat person I have ever seen at WDW.
Even most of the other vacationers we encountered at FW were also very friendly and nice. We had some really nice conversations with a few campers.
And we enjoyed looking at all the sites still decorated for the holidays.
And we really enjoyed the cabin! What a great space for a family to stay in.
We can't wait to go back with the kids!
I just wanted to share my experience with everyone here who I know also really enjoy staying at FW.
And thank all the experienced campers who share their insight and details to all of us who are new to the campground!
