Ouch! Hand cramps?

For the past week I've been having sore muscles off/on, it started with my shoulder/arm and then both my legs, which subsided. But now I've got terrible cramps in my left hand. Sometimes in my forearm but mostly inbetween my pinky and next finger bones (but mid hand). It's pretty painful and when it happens I can't move my hand for a sec due to the pain, it's like a tearing achy pain. I know I should call the Dr, but he doesn't have anything for like three-four weeks, any ideas???
