Ottawa Tulips

I am contemplating a trip to Ottawa this week to shop and see the tulips. Are they blooming yet? Don't want to wait for the festival as I figure most of them will be gone by then.

Some beds are blooming already. The NCC staggers when they plant them so that they last for a few weeks. I imagine they will be great the first weekend in May. It is supposed to be cold and rainy this weekend so that will likely slow them down a bit.

Some are but not a lot of the beds are in bloom..they are pretty good at planting them to ensure they bloom for the festival.

I would expect in a week but this weekend the weather is supposed to be pretty shoddy...
