I definitely agree that no theme parks really compare to Disney. I used to go to Busch Gardens Tampa a lot when I was younger and my great uncle lived near Tampa, and then I ended up going to Busch Gardens Williamsburg all the time because I went to college in the burg.
As "nice" as the park is- it in NO WAY compares to Disney. I think the CM's really do make a difference at Disney. Every year (incl right now) there are constant advertisements on the radio trying to get people to work at BG Williamsburg. They also bring in people from different countries to work there because of the Europe theme. It's pretty funny- if you go to an IHOP or equivalent restaurant in the burg around the end of July, there are TONS of foreign people working there- they all quit BG because they hated it so much and took jobs at IHOP!
The theming is OK, but again- nothing like Disney. It is a million steps above Six Flags & Kings Dominion- but let's be honest... how hard is it to do that?
Don't get me wrong- I like BG as much as the next person, but it doesn't compare to Disney at all.
