I would first like to say I love DIS Boards. Hands down my favorite Disney forum. I do occasionally look at other forums. Does anyone else have another good forum for disney weddings? I've looked but haven't really found anything.

I sometimes look at the passporter boards. But, they do not have a specific weddings/honeymoons forum. But, a lot of people have been married and honeymooned there, so they are all very helpful. My sister swears by the passporter boards, but I am a true to heart diser!

FYI- DisneyBrides Board is somewhat.... well.. read for yourself the rules that they e-mail you when you become a member:

Rule 1 - You must introduce yourself within the first 7 days of being notified that your account is active or you will be deleted.

Rule 2 - You must post something on a weekly basis. We do not tolerate lurkers and we want active members. We do understand that life happens. Just send us an email or a pm. You will get a warning email. You will have so many days to post and if you don't, you will be deleted.

Just a note, as admins, we can see when you last posted and when you are logged on (even when you are hidden).

Rule 3. You must post that you have read the rules when you sign on (you will see the rules thread.)


We are currently having a problem with email notifications of new posts. We are looking into the problem but in the meantime you will have to visit the board and use the "view new posts since last visit" link. You will find it at the top right hand side of the board.

We will add rules as we see fit. This board is still in the new stages. We just opened our doors in June 2006. When a new rule comes out, there will be a site wide email and it will also be posted in the rules forum.
