OT: Your shopping experience

Hi

We are shopping for furnitures for our new condo.
My question is , do you think there's a better chance to buy furnitures at good price during xmas week ,after new year ,or any time in December is fine?

Usually new stock comes in right before holidays ? It happens all over the year?

If you like Ikea, I believe they have an annual sale that starts right after Christmas and goes until the first week of January. I've never been to it because I haven't needed any furniture myself and it looks like there are a ton of people there... I live near the North York Ikea and I always see a lot of cars heading there during the Christmas break. Otherwise, check your local newspaper ... I'm sure they'll be a lot of advertisements for Boxing Day "specials".
