OT- vent: Saying "no you cant ___"

I will talk to the mother again. There is only so much I can suggest and it seems that most things just overwhelm her.

Maybe that is part of the "issue" - the mom is so overwhelmed that it is easier to say no than to try to work through something. I am sure it is hard to be patient & hard to see the mom react certain ways, but try to remember that Disney is magical.
