Carrie, when I saw the title of your post, my hand went to my mouth as I spontaneously yelled NO! When I then read the amazing year you have planned I was thinking "you so deserve this". I'm writing this with more than a little moisture in my eyes - it seems impossible to feel so emotional for someone unknown, but I will definitely miss your presence here on these boards. I know I'm only echoing the words of the others who have posted already, but although everyone contributes in varying degrees and there a lot of experts out there, I really felt that your patience, knowledge, insight and willingness to go the extra mile (sometimes literally) made you something special. I hope you have an absolute ball on your big world adventure - good luck and take a big handful of pixie dust with you.

PS DP says, he'd never have discovered the EOS bread pudding without you, so for that alone "Bon Voyage".

Oh my God Carrie, I haven't been on disboards for quite a few weeks and am only seeing your post now. We are all going to miss you so much.

You have always been so helpful to us all and I for one am eternally grateful.

I hope you have the trip of a lifetime and do come back to us when you get home.

I would also like to add to kizzy's comment that I too would gladly give you any advice you want about Ireland if you come here

I heard from her just over a month ago, they were on their way to Mexico. She said she'll be back next year to give us a first hand account of the new Ratatouille ride!
