We have the Sealy version (True Form) and we LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
We both had back problems - 90% better! My arms used to fall asleep every night - now they NEVER do!
It's a shade less expensive than the TempurPedic but just as well made. It has a 20 year warranty - and the amount of sag (body impression) required for replacement is only 3/4 inch! So if you've been up for a couple of hours and see there are body impressions, you lay a string across the bed (light weight on each end - we used a nut and bolt) and measure from the string down into the divot. We had a Sealy pillow top that was 6 years old and broke down - had over 1 1/2 inch body impression (the minimum for a spring mattress) - we submitted the warranty forms - they sent someone out - he did the string thing - said yes, it's covered - and we paid $300 more to upgrade to the True Form. (could have gotten another pillow top spring mattress as an even exchange)
We've had the True Form since about a week before Thanksgiving and we LOVE it!
ETA - here's a website that has somewhat lower rates - mind you what they are listing as full retial is much higher than we found in the Denver market - but their discounted price is still lower than what we found.
