My family will be in Disney World in 4 weeks!!!!
After that, I would like to take my middle daughter on a trip to six Flags. She participated in the math-A-thon for St. Jude at her school (and raised 700.00!!!) and won a free ticket to six flags. Her older sister chose not to participate and alas won no ticket to six flags. We would probably need to spend at least one night (probably 2) at a hotel since the closest Six Flags is 5 hours away.
I feel guilty when I think of doing this!!
So, would this be great for her or just mean to her other sisters?
Any suggestions from middle children out there? She is constantly compared to her older sister and many kids her age gravatate towards the older sister. She seems OK with it but I know it must hurt her feelings. Anyway, I just wonder if it would be a good idea to only take her to six flags and leave her 2 sisters at home with Dad. I also thought of taking a friend (would a parent agree to this?) or my niece who is a year older than her.
Any thoughts or suggestions???
thanks!!!!!
