Has anyone been to this or heard about it?
I just got a ticketmaster pre-sale email. My DD6 really likes Raven, but I wasn't aware she was on tour.

Got the same email from Ticketmaster today as well. Guess she's cashing in on her "College Roadtrip" movie by touring at the same time.

I just saw an advertisement and it was also on the radio. It says a special appearance by the boy from Hannah Montana (friend, not brother). They also will have pyjama party pre-show which sounds similar to Miley Cyrus pre-show party.

We will skip this one, but it sounds like fun.

Does anyone think it'll get big like Hannah Montana? Do you think it'll sell out so we (or me) should buy tickets now during the 8-hour presale?

I just saw something last night about Raven being one of the top $$ earners under the age of 25. She's worth $400 million!

I just wanted to share my experience with the Raven Concert.

About 2 years ago she toured. We saw her at Carowinds amusement park in North Carolina.

It was the absolute worst ever. She did not sing anything from any Disney stuff. It was her music. She sang 3 yes you read that correctly 3 songs. Took a break and came back and did a 30 minute quesion and answer session.

I was shocked and appalled. She was delightful with the kids, but really, Q&A with a concert crowd?

Do you know what she sings if not Disney? It is RAP!

Please wait to buy tickets and see if Disney is backing this tour. Maybe wait til she does a show.

Did anyone else see her back then?

Just wanted to give a heads up.

Okay so I googled this concert. It is not put on by Disney. I am not trying to be negative but I just was so disappointed and we ad spent quite a bit of $$.
Be sure you like her music, it appears to be R&B. It won't be Disney or Cheetah girl stuff. Just a heads up if you are going for that reason.

Here's the link and article.

Raven-Symoné Announces 55-City “Pajama Party” U.S. Arena Concert Tour Launching April 26 in Orlando, Florida
On The Heels of Her Film Debut in Disney's "College Road Trip" Singer/Actress to Embark on 55-City Concert Tour With Special Guest Stars Mitchel Musso, B5 and Clique Girlz

Self-Titled Hollywood Records Album Set For April 29th Release

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Multi-talented star Raven-Symoné is inviting her fans all over America to join her as the singer brings her cross-country “Pajama Party” tour to arenas nationwide beginning April 26 in Orlando, FL and continuing for 55 dates through July 13 in Sacramento, CA. Concertgoers are encouraged to arrive early to shows wearing their favorite pajamas for a fun-filled pre-concert slumber party leading up to Raven-Symoné’s performance -- on a stage being designed to replicate her own house. Opening the show will be Raven-Symoné’s fellow Disney star Mitchel Musso, known to fans for his role as Oliver Oken on the smash hit show “Hannah Montana.” Musso will be performing original hip-hop/R&B songs from his own forthcoming album. In addition, recording artists B5 will be performing their hit single 'Get'cha Head in the Game' off the High School Musical soundtrack and Interscope recording artists Clique Girlz will also take the stage. Tickets for the tour will go on-sale beginning March 14th and fans should check www.RavenSymonePresents.com for local on sale dates and information. The “Pajama Party” tour is being nationally promoted by AEG Live.

“My message is in this music and everyone associated with the album captured what I'm trying to say,” says Raven-Symoné. That positive attitude explains why Raven-Symoné is both hugely popular and also a role model. That mix of talent and integrity is the reason the longest running Disney Channel series, That’s So Raven (which she produced), has earned numerous honors including two NAACP Image Awards, two Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards and a primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Children’s Program.

As an innovative entrepreneur, Raven-Symoné created a "how to" online destination for teens and tweens, RavenSymonePresents.com. The site features an easy to use video player and playlist where users can discover new content. The video clips feature Raven-Symoné personally demonstrating an array of useful tips and project ideas for her fans and supporters.

In addition, Raven-Symoné has teamed with I Love All Access to provide her fans with an unforgettable VIP ticket package experience at every show including a photo opportunity, backstage tour, party, and the best seats in the house. This special VIP ticket package is available exclusively at www.RavenSymonePresents.com

The tour launches in support of the April 29 release of Raven-Symoné’s self-titled Hollywood Records release, which features some of R&B and hip-hop’s hottest producers including Eric Hudson, Sean Garrett (Fergie, Beyoncé), The J.A.M. and acclaimed songwriting/production team The Clutch (Timbaland, Ciara). The forthcoming album is led by the Clutch-produced first single, “Double Dutch Bus,” a cover of the classic early 80’s hip-hop party jam of the same name, and which is also featured in Disney’s College Road Trip. The new film, starring Raven-Symoné and Martin Lawrence, debuted at #1 at the box office this week and was executive-produced by Raven-Symoné herself. “Double Dutch Bus” is just one of the upbeat and festive tunes on Raven-Symoné. The flirty track, “What Are You Gonna Do,” was produced by Sean Garrett, while the singer’s reflective side is showcased on the soulful mid-tempo “In the Pictures,” which talks honestly about living in the public eye.

We saw Raven twice, in two different states, two years ago. She played a lot more songs than that for us, even in the grueling heat of the Iowa state fair. She played 2-3 "Disney" songs and the rest was her own stuff. We thoroughly enjoyed the concert and look forward to going this year. I hope they come near us!! I'm off to look now.
