We took it out of the box and put the batteries in. It is doing a lot of moving and noise making on its own. Is it supposed to? Or is it supposed to be still & silent when no one is touching it?

thanks!

My daughter has had her Butterscotch a year now and it makes noises and moves ALL THE TIME! Well, not all the time...but a lot!

It's activated by light and darkness just as much as it is by touch.

When we were in Disney a few weeks ago my Dad went to check on our cats a few times and when he went into my daughter's room and turned on the lights Butterscotch woke up and scared the mess out of him :lmao: !

Sounds like you have a perfectly normal Butterscotch...enjoy!
