Where do you think would be the best place to buy a new christmas tree. I want a 7ft pre lit one (my current big tree is 10 years old and is too small for all my Disney orniments so I need to upgrade!)

Hello everyone - I saw some really nice ones in John Lewis, not sure on prices but they were really good quality and had lots of different ones

Oh didn't think of John Lewis, I'll take a look in there when I'm next in Milton Keynes. I don't mind paying for a decent one as my last one lasted me 10 years!

That was my thinking. This is our first proper xmas in our house (last year the house was a bombsite!) so want to make it special

Garden centres always have some lovely ones - or the ones near us do. I love looking round them at Christmas

Oh, thats cute!

I love decorating for Christmas, I have 4 trees! My Disney only tree, a red and gold small tree in the lounge, a silver and blue tree in the conservatory and one outside. Plus I have my Disney wreath (that I made!) on the door inside, a wreath on the outside door and icicle lights over every window (next door do this too), then icicle lights over the porch for both houses, and icicle lights along the very top of the house! Ooh, then I cut ivy down from the back garden and put it around the house over pictures etc.
Thats just in my house, then there is my classroom at school

Ooh I just had a thought, my old tree at home I could take that into school and have a bigger tree in my classroom as I have more room this year! It will go with the giant blow up santa we have!!

I'm going for a big tree in our bay window, our house is 1930s with quite high ceilings so I want a big tree!!

Thank you!! I'll take some pictures when we decorate. One year I had a classroom that had a cupboard which we did up as a Santas grotto and the kids took it in turns to sit at the door in an elf outfit! They loved it!!

Awww! if i was in your class i would actually like going to school each day. I hope Kyra gets a teacher like you when she starts school.
