I have updated and started putting out my resume and am hoping that something will come of it in the near future.
I did ask again for a raise and I got..........0.75 per hour
(oh well, something is better than nothing I suppose) but it is still nowhere near what other dental offices are paying for the position I'm in (I run the office). This just about covers the increase in GAS I've been paying since the gas prices starting rising.
