I thought ebay removed listings fairly quickly but not sure?

I didn't report it to ebay, just emailed the shareholders club as I wanted them to deal with it rather than just ebay.

I did notice that the card in the picture doesn't have the same expiry date that is qouted in the listing - looks like their membership card prior to the one they are trying to sell so they've obviously been a member for a while

i wonder what will happen to them. can they be kicked out of the shareholders club even if they still hold the shares?

I would like to think the least the club would do is remove them for misuse of the card

Not read the terms and conditions lately but would think that they have the right to refuse / remove membership even if you hold shares.

i reported it with ebay as well. i cant believe someone would do that. it is most definately agaist the conditions of holding a card and you are causing someone else to commit a fraud.

i wonder why ebay still have it listed, how long does it take to deal with it

No one works on the weekend at Ebay, so they then have to clear the backlog on Monday's onwards.

I'm glad it is being looked into by EuroDisney

Hi everyone!!

Thats Jade back to school tomorrow and Joshua in pre school on Wednesday....oh happy days!!! Time goes too fast for me is that sign of getting to old..

Well I did nothing today, tidied the living room and cleaned the kitchen cupboards and thats about it....my kitchen is lovely when its tidy!!!!...I keep going through to have a look!!!

Now they are aware of it I should imagine it will be blocked. All cards are taken and checked at the desk in Salon Mickey but I'm not sure how they would block it for discounts etc.

I'm hoping the listing will be withdrawn before anyone purchases it, maybe they can cancel the sale and refund the money if it does get that far. If I notice it does sell then I will be contacting ebay straightaway

Not sure what the shareholders club are doing about it, the email just said their legal department was dealing with it. I'm hoping they have contacted ebay already. I've emailed them again and asked to be informed of the outcome if possible. Would be nice to know if they do actually take any action other than 'a slap on the wrist'!

The seller probably thinks he's got loads of interest if we're all watching the listing

i have only two weeks left before ash starts preschool. i am still not convinced that i am ready to let go lol

I was just the same! Isabelle had a pre-school session last term for the younger ones and I felt so lost when I had to leave her! The teachers said they settle much better if you just take them in, say goodbye and leave quickly. Definitely worked for us. (Have a cry when you get home!) Now it's the holidays I'm really missing those 2 hours of peace to do housework without a little person undoing all my hard work!! Honestly, it gets easier

dont worry i will have my cry walking home and probably for all of her first day lol. she had a trial day a couple of months ago and all the parents stayed for this and i bawled my eyes out the night before. where has the time gone it feels like i only brought her home from the hospital last week

i know!!! ash will be three in december so we are in the same boat lol. its fun being able to go to the cinema and run around the park and stuff but its so strange that my baby is gone lol. i should have realised that a long time ago but i think her going to preschool is forcing me to face facts lol. yes people i am that sad
