Evening all, i'm quickly popping in here to say bye to you all as I leave for my trip tomorrow. The downside is I am coming down with a cold & am dreading my driving course for the ambulance service when I get back.

I've just done Day 14 on EA Active......
Squat holds and Squats with calf raises = PAIN PAIN PAIN!!!
Its hurt..... then she tried to make me do them both again..... but i wimped out LOL
Haha, I'm still on Low! Some days it's a little easy, but I'm building up!LOL you brave... I think I might complete 30days on medium have a break then start hard.
I don't want to do any more squat holds! Especially not ones with calf raises!!!

Yeah - I am on fatty-fatty-wimp setting! Here's hoping I don't get them yet!I might be different to each person then, as I havent done any squat holds or calf raises b4, this was the first time. Squats but not squat holds....
