OMG I have been on hold to Barclays debit card services for 30 mins now.
Tried to order some dollars from the post office and the bank refused the transaction. It's showing on my verified by visa page but nothing has come out of my bank account.

Major bummer....just found out today that my niece (with her dance troupe) will be a guest dancer at DLP in August, just two weeks after we get back. If I had known I would have obviously arranged to be there for that but as a sulky 14 year old, she didn't think it important enough to mention!!!

At last all sorted.

The fraud department flagged it and blocked my card. Good to see they are doing their job i suppose although being on hold for over an hour is not much fun.
I think i will stick to getting my money from the High St in future.

Varicella isn't a routine vaccination in the UK, it's thought that by vaccinating children against it, there is the potential for a massive rise of cases of shingles in adults.

Yep in the US your child cannot enter school now without the Varicella vaccination. (I am not sure of pre-school or daycare though as all my kids are way past that stage) I had never heard of a massive rise of shingles in adults before. Interesting.

Does the UK require any types of vaccinations before start of school? (Obviously I know nothing about the UK) We have to get so many. I just got another note for my 11 year old in middle school for yet another vaccination and the high school is requesting all Hepatitis ones now.

Ive had yet another night with very little sleep. It took ma ages to get off last night (well after 1am) then i was awake at least twice in the night and then woke up really early again.

I usually like my sleep as well and have always been a good sleeper but recently its been awful. Of course Im so tired now and could easily fall back to sleep but then I would probably sleep for hours but I cant as I have to go to work

People selling Miley tickets are dumb, you don't get your ticket you have to get them at the box office with ID and the card they was purchased with on the night.

So basically unless the seller is going to meet you, then your not going to get in.
