You are soooo goood!! I really struggled deciding on what to give up for Lent this year, lots of birthdays etc, so chose Rose wine. So I still get to have red & white! Not really much of a sacrifice this year but we're going away next week and it wouldn't be the same if we were being too good!

Must try harder, I am officially rubbish...

Chocolate & sweet stuff are a weakness of mine. I'm fine when i'm working as I just eat what I take in for lunch but shifts mean I have to eat at weird times like 2.30am. I really want to get back into some sort of fitness thing, I used to cycle loads but that drifted off.

I'm off to Vegas in October & there are plenty of opportunites to eats loads with the buffets etc. It wasn't too back in NY as we really only had 1 meal a day & managed ok plus we walked over 25 miles in the whole trip!

Might have to see if my friend's spin classes have a shorter waiting list to go along to.

Im usually not this good at lent but this yr i knew i had weight on coz my fav jeans were too tight on me I think because of the big freeze everyone has been comfort eating more than usual, well thats my excuse

Absolutely! That's my excuse - she says having just eaten a 3 course meal and it's actually really warm today... oh. Will try harder next week!

Hi everyone. Here I am again avoiding coursework DD informed me this morning she only wants to go to Mickeys Hotel in Oct (aka DLH)

Checked our flights this morning for Oct on easyjet and they've gone up from £204 to £385 Going to keep checking for them to come down again. I'm wondering if easyjet are gearing up for another of their sales
