Really? I had no idea! Well, I've never done it before so that's good. I thought that New Yorkers all over did it? And could have sworn I saw postings before.
Well, good to know. To be honest, it seemed more of a pain, and stressful, to have others in my apartment and worry about my stuff. I just thought financially it made sense.

Yeah AirBnB has advertisement here and a lot of people do it hoping their landlords never catch on but a lot of buildings watch very closely who is coming in and out especially if you have a doorman and the regulations on the city actually say you can rent the whole home or apartment short term and then long term rental of a room because up to the agreement you have with the landlord.
