OT: need help with baby girl names

At the grocery store today I heard Madelaina (I'm guessing that's how it was spelled), I like that it's a little different without sounding unusual. You could use either "Madi" or "Lainey" as a nickname. At first I thought it was a little strange, but it really grew on me.

My DD is Callie Grace after my grandmother and DH's grandmother. I also liked Claire, Charlotte and Meredith, but DH did not like any of those. DD is 10so she knows lots of Sydneys, Megans and Ambers. But her two best friends are Tirza (pronounced tears-uh) and Charis (pronounced care-S). We have only run into a few other girls named Callie. She most often gets called Kelly or Kayley but will always correct people. I have a little girl in my Sunday School class who is named Sadie and I absolutely love it!

My oldest daughter is London Micheala and when pregnant with our youngest I was for sure it was a boy, afterall all of my older sisters had girl-boy, girl-boy and I had my girl and now it was time for my boy. Well, ultrasound said "No" so after I cried for two days I picked myself up and realized how blesses we were and together we chose Madison Lizbeth.

We're pretty much done at two but if anything in the future should happen I we're blessed again and if it happens to be a girl we'll go for Ireland Rose and her nick names will be either Irie or Rosie.

We are expecting our second girl this summer and she will be named Delaney. I find that I'm calling her Laney already

Our first girl is named Annie--we couldn't agree on Anna or Anne because ultimately we would be calling her Annie, so we decided that would be her legal name. She has a very unique personality and most people say the name fits her perfectly!!

Our DD 10 is Brenna Jane. We wanted something that was unusual, but not weird or hard to spell, we also didn't want anything that could be shortened to something that could be confused between a boy and a girl. My daughter has at least 4 Alexs in her grade alone and there are only 2 classrooms. Jane is a family name, it is also my mother's middle name. Good luck and have fun!

Well I have an Emma and a Katie.

Emma Mhairi (said Vari - gaelic) - Mhairi is my Mums name.

Katie Millan - after DH's late mum. McMillan is her maiden name but as we have a Mc name as a surname shortened it to Millan! (Its said millen not as in the Italian city Milan!)

I am really just guessing at what you might like. Everyone is different. I like your boys names! We wanted Cooper but changed at the last minute and I love Avery...who knows maybe we'll have a #3 boy- We have a Casey and a Brady...and no plans for numero 3 as of yet.

Baby names are like a hobby of mine-I am always interested in what people name their babies. Are there family names maybe you could use for a middle name?

I'm not sure I'd use those if you want girly. They're all either unisex or masculine names.
