Can anyone recommend a hotel in Myrtle Beach that is wheelchair accessible? I have a traveler that really wants to go to the beach and unfortunately due to a medical procedure had to cancel his trip to Wildwood, NJ (where I had found a very accessible room). The hotel we have used in the past is definitely not accessible. I need a room with a bathroom that has rails and either a wheel-in shower or a tub with rails and a bench. It doesn't matter whether it is North Myrtle Beach or Myrtle Beach but I would like for it to be oceanfront.

Try the Caravelle Resort, Hampton Inn Suites, Crown Reef Resort, Sands Oceanfront Resort, or the Breakers

Most of these locations have accessible rooms. They are nice hotels too. All of them are oceanfront.

Try the website www.myrtlebeachlive.com to take a look at the different resorts.
