DH called the CVS and the "general" store in the town where he works and neither have anything. I know Target has none. I haven't braved TRU again since Saturday.

Walmart is supposed to be getting them just as often as CVS. I have the car wrapped already, but I may keep it back to see if I can swap it out for the surfboard car.

both of my Targets had tons. To the point that they were putting them on endcaps at the registers.
I'm not getting the whole deal about them. I also read on 2peas that several of the girls daughters were getting their hair caught in the wheels, so be careful!

Yes, I noticed on the newer color ones a "Keep away from hair" disclaimer.

That is interesting about Target, I have never seen them at any of our local Targets.

i have to say that they were on the mantle with a name on each of them for the 4 little kids and the last gift to get. we cleared the floor and they had an all out ball with them. so much so that bubba asked if we could find some more!
we need some accessories now!

We just saw a commercial for them. Morgan said "they have a car!" I'm sure we're going to have a full set of stuff once they come back in stock around here.

And when they say keep them away from your hair they do mean it ... we haven't had to deal with that issue with a Zhu Zhu pet (yet) but my oldest daughter caught her hair in the wheels of a little wind-up car when she was little and it wasn't pretty.
I picked up two hamster for my 2 youngest little guys ... my 6 year old basically holds it and says "Awww". He thinks it's adorable.
